Reception staff were friendly and welcoming especially Daniella was willing to go that extra mile to make a stay perfect. Breakfast was a little limited for vegetarian options but generally good. Location of hotel was good but you do need a car to get around otherwise it's expensive.

Best hotel with the nicest staff I have ever stayed in! The staff look after you, work so, so hard and the food is delicious. There’s plenty to do, a short walk to old town which we did daily for the beach and beautiful fortress and history to enjoy. The beds and pillows are luxurious and so comfy and the view of the mountains is so pretty. Saska and the reception staff work tirelessly to ensure your holiday is brilliant and they organised a surprise bottle of wine as gift in our room as we’d recently got married! Recommend you visit this hotel 100 per cent ! It is just wonderful.

Really lovely little hotel and the ladies who work on reception are so helpful. We were given an upgrade to a pool view room and it was lovely and clean with comfy beds and excellent air-conditioning. The only negative was the shower as it's wet room style with no tray or lip the bathroom floor ended up like a swimming pool with the small ineffective bath mat needing to be rung out as it was soaking wet, we would've reused towels but ended up needing to use them to mop the floor every night. The pool area is also lovely and clean and the cabana beds are free to use if available. The hotel also provides pool towels. The hotel is a bit of a walk into town but there are supermarkets and a couple of bars and restaurants nearby if you don't fancy the walk. The one star review was added whilst we were there and I know nothing of that situation but personally I'd take it as a positive as the hotel clearly deal robustly with nuisance behaviour. This is not a party hotel so look elsewhere if that's what you want.

Absolutely disgraceful. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We were evicted from the hotel over what we were told was a noise complaint because our room door had apparently closed too loudly. The response was completely disproportionate and left us shocked. The staff member who dealt with us, Saska, spoke to us in a way that we found disrespectful, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. Rather than listening to us or trying to resolve the situation, we felt we were treated with contempt from the outset. We were given no opportunity to explain ourselves, no support, and no attempt was made to find a reasonable solution. To make matters even worse, after the hotel contacted our travel company, our return travel arrangements were cancelled. Instead of offering any assistance, we were left to deal with the consequences ourselves, effectively stranded in a foreign country with nowhere to stay. The complete lack of care or compassion shown was astonishing. No paying guest should ever be treated the way we were. Hotels have every right to enforce their policies, but they also have a responsibility to treat people with professionalism, fairness, and basic human decency. Sadly, that was entirely absent during our stay. This experience was humiliating, stressful, and completely avoidable. We will never return, and we would strongly discourage anyone considering this hotel from staying here. If this is how they handle a minor complaint, you have to wonder how they treat guests when any issue arises.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Can’t think of any negatives. Clean functional rooms, great breakfast with amazing homemade bread and pastries. Pool clean and perfect temperature. Plenty of sunbeds (June/early July) don’t know about later as was getting very full. Staff always helpful. Area, about 15mins from sea, 25 mins to old town. Residential area, near bars and restaurants. Tea making facilities in room plus fridge. Room cleaned every day which is unusual these days!
