I wanted to love this hotel but sadly it didn’t work for me. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean and bright. We had a room overlooking the pool, it was lovely. Staff at reception are great, very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. As everyone has said the hotel sits outside of the main holiday area. The walk itself is ok, just not nice & you don’t feel you are on holiday as it’s residential. The hotel is devoid of atmosphere in the evening. Nobody is there for a drink, no music, nothing. It just feels soulless. I feel the hotel could do much more to entice guests to have a drink or spend time there in the evening. Where is the bar area ? Bright lights, no guests, no music - it’s just strange. I would also add there is no iron available which is poor for 4 star. Laundry services are available but expensive. Overall feels like a hotel you would use for travel on business or short trip.

Beautiful boutique hotel, spotlessly clean, in a quiet locality of Budvar. Hotel manager Saska was very welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. A couple of lovely eating places to recommend is The Garden Cafe or Atos restaurant, both within 5-10 mins walk. The only drawback of this hotel is that it is a 25 mins walk to beach and 40 to the old town which is fine, but not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as up hill on the walk back.

Stayed here for 12 nights, had an amazing time. Hotel is in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the beach area and old town, a little oasis you wouldn't even know was there. A small and charming hotel, you get there personal touch from Saskia and her team, all very helpful and friendly, the pool area is fab for the size of the hotel and waiter service bringing drinks to your sunbeds ( thanks Milan). Rooms comfortable and cleaned everyday, we were in the annexe not the main building but rooms were great. Upon departure our easyJet transfer never arrived, genuinely thought we would miss our flight, Saskia and her assistant sorted a last minute transfer for us and saved the day, so grateful. Highly recommend this hotel !!

A great hotel in a great location in Budva. The staff we're so polite and helpful on arrival. The room was lovely and had a big bed. I liked the little touches like a little welcome note in our room and the vanity box in the bathroom. The room had air-conditioning, tea and coffee, a safe, a hairdryer, slippers and a good sized balcony. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. We didn't eat at the restaurant in an evening. The pool area was lovely. Thank you for making our first stay in Montenegro enjoyable. Gill and Pete

About a 25 minute walk to Old Town, a lovely, relaxed hotel with ample parking and a nice breakfast. Hard working staff who genuinely wanted to make our stay as best as it possibly could be. RModern room that was cleaned daily and communal areas were spotless. Highly recommended.
