Staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble , Food was good and the rooms were absolutely spotless , would definitely recommend this hotel

A great hotel, probably one of the best we've been to. All staff were excellent especially Saska the manager. Nothing was too much trouble and a fountain of local knowledge. The room was smart and modern. Housekeeping was spotless as was the pool area. Whilst not particularly close to the old town ( a 20 mins walk away down hill, coming back 1/2 hr especially in 30' heat at 11:30 pm), there were planty of bars and restaurants locally. Would definately return in the very near future

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff were all lovely and friendly, the waiters were great and the reception staff were always very helpful. The pool area was beautiful and the food portions were generous, with a good selection at breakfast. The only downside was that the room felt a little outdated, but we still had a great stay overall. Transport around the area can be quite overpriced, but we were lucky to find two brothers, Vlado and Stefan, who were really friendly, reliable and offered very fair prices. Would definitely recommend them if you need transport!

On arriving to this hotel , we were met by the most friendly staff i have ever encountered ( i by the way have travelled far & wide) After been taken personally to our room & guided to our every need we bedded down. 1st night food (on half board) Disappointed. Then to be told please give this another try. On doing this we have now had 3 amazing evening meals , of restaurant quality. This hotel goes above & beyond ❤️ Richard room 410
