We’re vegans, and although it was agreed in advance that the kitchen would prepare something for us every day, the Valamar sales team unfortunately didn’t pass this information on. Because of that, we didn’t have many choices during the first two days. After I spoke with Martina, the Head of Reception, she immediately informed the kitchen. I have to say we were really impressed by how kind and accommodating everyone was. Ines and Neven from the kitchen were amazing. Neven, the chef, brought our food to the table every day and explained what they had prepared for us. A big thank you to the whole team. We will definitely choose Valamar again in the future!

We stayed at the hotel in July, and everything was excellent. The rooms were tidy and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The food was excellent and varied. I would especially like to mention the staff who work with children in the playroom and the video game room. They were all wonderful and cheerful despite the large number of children and the fact that they can be quite demanding at times. :) The only issue I would point out is that we stayed for 7 days and the bed linen was not changed even once. The towels, however, were changed every day. The children had a great time, and we will certainly return.
