Dreams Flora Resort & Spa

Wow what an experience, my best all inclusive holiday so far and we always do all inclusive as have 3 children (albeit they are adults now). We did preferred club so highly recommend this. What stood out was I felt us as guests were at the centre of everything and at every step we were asked if we needed anything. You are only a whats app message away from getting anything sorted. The staff were incredible, the most friendly and enthusiastic I have ever seen in this industry. The food was fantastic and how refreshing you didn’t need to get up at the crack of dawn to book any à la carte . You just turned up and if you had to wait then you just went to the bar and got a drink. Felt thoroughly spoilt.

The service was excellent and the people very nice and respectful. The grounds were beautiful also. there was a lot of Sargassum but with all the pools and activities, it didn't matter much. The food was ok at the buffet but excellent at the other restaurants. The pools were never crowded and the kids loved the water park. The rooms were perfect and the bathroom was huge! I would definetly stay there again.

Beautiful hotel & grounds, great choice of premium branded drinks. Food was brilliant, preferred club was worth the upgrade & bedrooms were spacious & modern. All the staff were so happy & friendly, very attentive & exceptional service. I would recommend & will return.

Great visit this past week with two kids under 10 - if you're looking for a resort with consistent quality for the whole family, you've found a great one!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The resort is green and nice overall! The best part is the staff! Everyone was so attentive and kind. They really elevated to experience!
