HM Bavaro Beach

I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism, the check-in was very easy and fast. A special thank you to Johanna and Johanny who made the start of our vacation memorable.

The hotel overall lacked of cleanness, the elevator, main hall’s floor and room were dirty or stained. The shower head was nos stable and with the water’s strength would constantly fall. The water has an odd odor of sulfur and or old and oxidized pipe making it very disgusting to brush your teeth. The doors are very noisy.

I enjoyed my stay! The location was great! Ana and Terry were the BEST! Very helpful. They helped with getting cabs. The beach is right downstairs. The hotel staff is very helpful. I felt very safe and was close to everything. Food, excursions and fun!

The property was beautiful. I appreciated the infinity pool and the fact that loungers at the beach and in the pool areas were plentiful in the morning, unlike at some other places where it starts feeling very competitive. The staff were attentive, helpful, and generally fantastic. The hotel was conveniently close to several restaurants and stores, so we could walk to most of what we wanted to access off property. We had a great stay and would happily come here again.

The bartender Robertico, sushi chef Bryan, and our server Xiomara were absolutely fantastic. Robertico was hands-down our favorite person of the entire trip — friendly, fun, and unforgettable. The food and drinks were the best we’ve had, and honestly the best value as well. An amazing experience all around.
