HM Bavaro Beach

The service and staff are excellent. However, some things are out of their control and must be pointed out. The beach is full of algae in July, so you need to go to other beaches this time of the year. The shower is not fully covered, which means that water always leaks out to the rest of the toilet whenever you use it. Finally, the street leading to the hotel floods really easily.

My girl was celebrating her birthday we decided to stay at hm Bavaro and we had the best time of our life the staff was very welcoming and helpful and the food and place was great you will definitely see us back and we will recommend family and friends ❤️

The place is very very good. The location spectacular because is front to the beach. They have to improve in the cleaning in the room!! But overall was very good

We stayed at hm bavaro for two nights while we were in Punta Cana, we arrived before check in time and had already booked an Excurison to be picked up around check in time. Jeury was so amazing, attentive and helpful! He offered us the first room available so we could put our stuff in before we left on the excursion. We went into the room on the second floor and I asked to be on a higher floor and he accomodate us so well! He offered us a ready room on the 4th floor with double beds or we could wait till a king bed was ready. He made sure we were so taken care of, and it was thoughtful to even try to offer other rooms before we left on the excursion! Best customer service we had while we were in Punta Cana! Also very close to restaurants and bar! Great location, we would stay again

Pros - Excellent rooftop pool and deck, free breakfast every morning, peaceful, relaxing, nice clean air conditioned room Cons - Unfriendly and unwelcoming male staff member upon check in requesting physical print out of our Expedia booking as if it wasn't in their system already, they only accept credit cards at their two restaurants, after it rained the entire road outside the resort flooded with raw smelly sewage, cleaning staff do not replace bath towels or water bottles every day.
