Hotel Pedra Santa

Hotel and rooms were clean but the “resort(?!)” is very off the beaten track. Breakfast was just ok. Staff not very attuned to things running out (coffee jug, tea bags etc). We were only here one night so didn’t get a chance to use the pool or anything which looked quite nice. Was nice to have a balcony. Not sure tiled floors are the best in a hotel corridor? Was quite noisy. It was just an average stay really…. It was ok for us for one night.

Very desapointed, not a 4 star, and certainly not a ressort. At its very best, a GuestHouse with a swimmingpool, in a very bad state. Beds are horrible. Noize in the rooms. Nearly no service at all in the hotel, it is completely understaffed, good luck to get anythinkg to drink at the swimmingpool. No Wi-fi in the rooms, no phone neither, therfor, no room-service. The breakfast is a disaster, canned fruits, nothing fresh, and if your vegan or anythinkg special, there is nothing for you. You will find rubish all over the place at various time of the day… The hotel in completely inaccessible for people with discapacity, or to families with trolley, stairs everywhere, ofter times no lift, and no staff to help you of course. Again, not a 4 star, not a ressort, save your money for a nice place.

Into the nature, with a gorgeous view by the suggestive Sardinian sea … Amazing trip, sunset, food and drinks! And let’s talk about the bar area… Another level! I’m gonna come back soon as possible! And also very close to all the right locations, beach, bars, clubs!

Quando sono arrivato in questa struttura mi è stato detto che la mia stanza era ancora da pulire, ho atteso oltre l'orario indicato e la stanza era ancora sporca quando sono entrato. Ho trovato capelli nella doccia e odore di sporco. Al bar una ragazza non mi ha fatto segnare sul conto della camera e ho dovuto fare su e giù per le scale per pagare subito, cosa mai vista prima in un hotel. La cucina scadente. La scelta vini e bevande pressoché inesistente. Il conto caro non motivato assolutamente dal servizio e dall'offerta. Siamo andati via del previsto perché stufi della maleducazione e del disservizio. Non tornerò mai più. A pochi km presso San Pantaleo abbiamo trovato una struttura bellissima in stile sardo

Hotel pessimo. Gestione sporca, staff non all'altezza di un 4stelle, navetta poco frequente e molto antipatico, cucina da incubo, spiaggia millantata come privata e non assolutamente vero, camere sporche, piscina sporca e poco vigilata con il bagnino che faceva più da dj che da bagnino disturbando la tranquillità, sale sempre sporche e per finire prezzi alti di ogni cosa in rapporto al valore e al contesto. Un 4 stelle che si comporta da motel. Se volete un consiglio da uno che ha girato hotel in tutto il mondo, statene lontani. La peggiore esperienza di hotelleria della mia vita. Non meritate il posto che occupate, la costa Smeralda è molto altro.
