We had a great stay here but the only concern is breakfast selection that should have more variation especially the hot food, not only sausages and either boiled eggs or scrambled eggs. We can have sautéed vegetables, omelette eggs, fried rice, bacon, pancake, fish, etc.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Just a short distance from the sea, Hotel Santa Gilla offers a wide range of services worthy of a four-star hotel. Bonus: the swimming pool is fantastic!

The location was very good. The atmosphere was also good. Rooms excellent. Breakfast food quality was hit-or-miss at times. Early bird catches the worm, it appears. The hotel was clean and mostly quiet. Our adult daughter fell ill with a cold. Maria Rita at reception was of excellent help in arranging for an out-of-hours doctor to visit and examine my daughter. Who after medication prescribed by the Dr. made a speedy recovery. The Dr. was also very good and had much better English than our broken Italian. Overall, we had a very good holiday.
