Read all the reviews, sounded great. What for... a glorified Butlins. In fact that would be doing Butlins a dis-service. I have never ever in all my years been to an All Inclusive hotel that you can't even sit at a bar in the evening and enjoy your all inclusive! About 20 tables to accommodate the whole complex is unacceptable. Dozens of people having to resort to sitting on sunbeds between 7 -10 pm as there is no where else to go. I don't want to watch the crap entertainment, just sit quietly (as a family) for a few drinks and get what I paid for. Why have I upgraded to Emblem? Ooh? It must have been for the free toothbrush and miniature shampoo etc in our room. At least the mini bar is restocked daily. And I appreciate its the school holidays, but it doesn't even feel that busy. Daytime, fine. Breakfast nice. Food acceptable. Evening utter disgrace. Spent half the money elsewhere for a much better experience. I've still got over a week left.. may as well have done self catering. Or maybe ill just sit on the floor...

Good morning. We had the best experience on this vacation. Fantastic team of Staff in EMBLEM - Antonio, Aco & Diana and all they were always smiling and just so much elegant. The reception is great let me name Leti who was fantastic. We have been coming for many years to HD Parque Cristóbal Gran Canaria. This was our best visit by far. The food was excellent all days something new. Simply the best. We chose to have Premier Suites EMBLEM AI and it was so worth all. The cleaning was top fantastic. We had a fantastic stay at HD Parque Cristóbal and would happily return. The bungalow-style accommodation was spacious, clean and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the pool areas were great for both adults and children. The staff really stood out, they were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food, with plenty of choice and something different each day. Overall, we felt the resort offered excellent value for money. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants and the beach all within easy walking distance. Despite being so close to everything, the resort was peaceful in the evenings, making it easy to relax. While a few areas could benefit from a little updating (particularly the outdoor lighting, which could create a cosier evening atmosphere), everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a great family-friendly resort with a lovely atmosphere. We’d definitely recommend it.

Lovely welcome despite being the early hours, reception staff (Vlad) was great accomodating to our needs as a disabled guest. We'd arranged an electric wheelchair delivered to the hotel in advance and he assisted us in getting an unfamiliar chair moving (small things like this make the difference). Even though one of us had stayed here before, he asked the security staff to guide us to our villa which reduced stress greatly. The hotel and accommodation itself are to a very high standard. Mostly flat, with accessible ramps all round, exception being the Spa, and 02 bar, but there is a small lift to these (standard wheelchair or pram accessible but not a full size e-scooter, something we will consider next visit). There are a couple of decent sized pools, the main "adult" pool has a sloped entry/exit with support rail. There;s a splash pool next to it for toddlers, and a second pool aimed at the kids with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. Food is self service, I'd say 95% we always found something to taste, The menu did tend to repeat every few days, but that's probably standard for large hotels. Special mention does go to the range of dessert offerings, while fruit etc is available the cake offerings literally blew my mind (and as a diabetic - my glucose readings) but hey it's a holiday :) We also were lucky enough to secure a daybed (Cabana) for most of the week, these are near the pool but have a slightly higher seat than standard sunloungers making them accessible to the less abled of us, not a standard option but explaining to reception the inability to use the standard sun beds or the ones in our villa they again were helpful and booked us in for the remaining of our stay. Rooms are spacious and maid service operates every day bar Sunday (Unless you opt for an Emblem package in which case beds wont be changed but your fridge will be restocked, sun towels changed etc). If you stay all inclusive the drinks are free flowing, in the restaurant you simply pour your own, by the pool there is a bar where most local drinks are included but if you want top label then they are there at a reasonable price. Accommodation very nice clean and comfortable the staff all very helpful and helpful particularly reception staff. Food was plentiful with lots of choice, bar staff were very accommodating and restaurant staff lovely with my grandson and activities were varied for all with joyful entertaining staff.A very pleasant stay if recommend for all ages.
