Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great food, very comfortable room and bed and the animation team were so welcoming. There was nothing I could fault about this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent location and rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great food and value for money Rooms are very clean and checked regularly thought out the day, with fresh towels and the mini bar re-stocked

It’s out 3rd year coming here and had an amazing view from our balcony. The resort offers so much and is in a beautiful setting. The entertainment staff really go out their way to get people involved and provide activities and acts. David our server was the star of our stay and what a lovely guy he was. The entertainment staff Barbara, Raquel and Victor (too many to remember) were also lovely, the staff at the hotel work hard and make you feel like you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Rooms serviced, fridge stocked, great food and drink options.

Highly recommend for a relaxing week away. This hotel sets the standards extremely high, without a doubt one of the best all inclusive hotels I have stayed in. Sea view room breath taking if you can afford this option highly recommend. Room quite small but not an issue as balcony and view made up for it. Mini bar was great with drinks and snacks replenished every day. Toiletries provided fab along with robe and slippers. Hair dryer great too. Nice powerful shower. The pool area is so relaxing and has a lovely tropical feel. No need to set your alarm you can come down anytime and you’ll always find plenty of sun beds. Branded drinks best I’ve ever had in a hotel and ginger bar open 24/7. Some people complain about time to get served - not sure how??? Longest wait five mins at snack bar and always got served straight away on evenings. Food incredible best buffet ever. They will cook cuts of fish, meat inc steak in front of you.seafood night Monday and Thursday brilliant. Lunch time - tapas highly recommend. Staff work incredibly hard and very friendly and attentive. Will def return

I went to this hotel with my husband for 10 days from 21st July, and I can honestly say it is the best all inclusive hotel we have ever been to. The staff are all very friendly, and say hello with big smiles. They work really hard and it certainly shows in the neatness and cleanliness of the whole hotel. We had a small problem with the safe and the air on, but these were rectified within minutes of reporting them. Everything is provided for you, the toiletries are good quality, the hair dryer is really good and dries your hair very quickly. The mini bar was restocked every day, the towels including pool towels were changed as often as we required. The beds are almost as comfortable as our bed at home. The turndown service with the chocolate on the pillows was a lovely touch, sometimes a bit early for us but if we put the do not disturb sign on the door they would come back later in the evening when we weren’t there. The food was exceptionally good. We are very fussy eaters but there was so much choice for every meal, we always had delicious food to eat. The general environment around the hotel was so pleasant. Even when the hotel was busy, it was always so calm, and to lay in the sun among such beautiful grounds was a real treat. There are loads of sun beds, and although they don’t have mattresses on them, they are very comfortable. Most of the day there are some free, but I’m afraid the reserving of sun beds by putting towels on them early in the morning does mean that the choice spots are taken quite early. I never saw any of the towels removed even though the sun beds hadn’t been used for hours. Gingers bar is great but in the evening it is very hard to get served. One evening we managed to get 2 drinks in 3 hours, and the second one was wrong - gin instead of vodka. We understood that they were busy, so when we did manage to get served we ordered 2 drinks each so we didn’t have to order again. Although a lot of people really seemed to enjoy the entertainment, it was a bit repetitive with just singers every evening. A different kind of act occasionally would have been nice. The landscaping is very beautiful, but the black and white paths, although very pretty and obviously part of the design, are trip hazards. My husband tripped on one of them, and we saw several people a lot younger than us trip on them too. If the surface could be flattened, they would still be aesthetically pleasing but much safer. Would we return ? Yes I think we would because the overall ambiance was so nice and all the staff made us feel so welcome.
