Krásný udržovaný 4* hotel, usměvaví vstřícný personál....stravování na perfektní úrovni, každý si nevybere z mnoha ingrediencí kvalitních jídel, každý večer jiná specialita. Některé komentáře jsou evidentně od konkurence.....není co vytknout.....v tomto hotelu jsme už po druhé a vždy super.....čisto.

This was overall a good hotel,and i would be like to be totally transparent as some of the reviews on here are harsh. 1. The location is good its a 10 minute walk to the beach with restaurants on the way, only thing is the hotel is on a steep hill so a taxi getting back to the hotel is advised. 2. The atmosphere was good it was a busy hotel with a mixed age range and different nationalitys, lots of Spanish holidaying aswell. 3.The rooms were bright and modernish but did need some TLC, here and there, but nothing that would affect your holiday. 4.The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless so thank you to the maids. 5.The staff were all very welcoming upon arrival and our room was ready straight away which was good. 6.The pool areas are beautifuly surrounded by trees and a little bar in the corner is great.There is also another pool at the top which is very relaxing. 7.The Food...well this is my only downer about this hotel, there is no reason to beat about the bush ...the food here is very basic ..but nice you can get by on this, there was nothing that was awful it just felt a little on the cheapside for a 4 star hotel,it just did not live up to my standard but it could be so much better please fergas if you do read this please do not reply with a typical response of 'we take your advice' actually try your food with your staff and ask them to score the food out of 10 this will help you understand what your guests are thinking aswell, and if changes are made you turn guests into returning guests. As a prospective guest, I was appalled by the porter/desk attendant's unnecessary, horrible and aggressive attitude. It was totally uncalled for. In ~40 years of staying in hotels in the Canary Islands, I have never encountered such hostility. I certainly won't be adding the Fergus hotel in Puerto de la Cruz to my holiday 'wish list', or recommending it to friends whilst he's working there.
