The first few days here, we had a good time, although I would not class this as a 4 star hotel! We had noticed some stains on the bed, cushions, curtains, ceiling, door and blanket that was in the room, which were quite prominent. The cleaners did a great job every day, however, the stains in the room made me feel uncomfortable. We were disappointed with the all inclusive as we couldn’t have half of the drinks on the menu and the only cocktails available were pre mixed. One of the cocktails on the menu was actually non alcoholic so should have been listed as a mocktail. If you can’t get to the main pool, as we couldn’t one day, the bar on the pool upstairs does not provide drinks for all inclusive and we had to walk a long way down to the main pool. When paying for all inclusive, I would expect to have more options than we did! The air conditioning worked but it did not get to the temperature stated on the thermostat. I woke up multiple times during the night due to being too hot and this was when the temperature was set to 13° C! The food was mostly cold, as there seemed to be no heat lamps, meaning pasta especially was off limits unless it was out fresh as it went gloopy and was horrible. Toward the end of our holiday, I was limited to the salad bar and low risk food. On our 8th day of our holiday, we sat down for lunch and I saw what I thought was part of a noodle on a piece of chicken. After closer inspection I realised the ‘noodle’ was moving and it was actually a maggot. We immediately reported this to a member of staff, who advised it was being looked into. Later that night we received a complimentary bottle of wine. However, by that point, I had decided there was no chance I was eating there in the evening so we went out for food. The following day, I decided to only eat from the salad bar as the day before had completely put me off any of the hot food. I decided to stick to salad and bread rolls with packets of butter. When I opened one of the packets of butter, I realised that this had a patch of green on it. I had already scraped some out of the butter, so thought perhaps it was something on my knife. After looking more closely, I realised the section of butter was untouched and the green patch had hair on and was mouldy. I did not report this at the time as I was honestly so put off, but did take a picture. On our final day I was cautious about eating the food but knew we had to before our flight home. I took a bite of one of the meatballs to find that it was practically raw inside and I could taste the texture of the raw mince meat. Following this, I cut into the remainder of my meatballs to find them all very pink and raw looking on the inside. Having found issues with the food 3 days in a row at the end of our holiday, it makes me think if this was the case the whole time and it went unnoticed. We both had an upset stomach throughout our stay and linked this to the food after discovering the above. The only good part of this holiday for us were the activities and entertainment provided by Fabio, Esther and Bruna. They were amazing and interacted with everybody to ensure people were included. I don’t have a bad word to say about any of these 3 and will miss them all. Overall, this was quite a traumatic experience and ruined mine and my boyfriend’s anniversary holiday.

I feel these reviews are either paid for or dishonest! The rooms were basic even though sold as ‘Superior’ I will say that the ladies who look after them were great! They were cleaned to a good standard! The pool was over crowded so we had to use the 2nd floor pool but that bar is t for the all inclusive guests so had to walk a fair distance to get drinks etc! Now the food! Breakfast was the only meal that I would class as reasonable and that was often warm/tepid even just after 07.30 when it opened, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks were awful! Either frozen bad quality or tinned low quality food, We spent over £1000 eating out for lunches and dinners with my 2 kids and I was not alone in my dislike for it, almost everyone we spoke to thought the food was substandard, This Hotel is a 3 star at best! This cost me £3500 for 3 of us for 7 nights and even if it was half of that I’d be upset! This is a 100% honest review, I would not choose to stay here again!
