Hotel sam o sobe je nadherny. Zvenku, uvnitr, atrium, zahrady, bazeny, ta nejvic top bufetova restaurace, i vetsina cisniku a lide z recepce jsou mili, krasne to vsude voni ... Hlavni bufet restaurace - uzasna!!! Jen ty cekacky u vchodu dosti ponizujici. Ale resi to moznost objednani terasy na cas, coz je skvele a vyuzivali jsme. Sushi restaurace = tragedie! Cekali jsme 1/2hodiny nez nam dali vodu, dalsich 15min na kartu, ostatni hosty dosle po nas pritom obsluhovali. Personal neprijemny, az arogantni. Jidlo chabe, se sushi x japonskymi delikatesami nema co cinit. Obdobne strasne i Osa bar na veceri.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding work of the Oasis Restaurant, where we felt at home from the very first day. A special thank you to Beatriz Vega, Erika, and Javi for their professionalism, warmth, and constant attention, as well as to the entire waitstaff team, who were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A big part of our wonderful experience was thanks to them. We would definitely love to come back.

We have just returned from this hotel. We usually choose luxury hotels, especially those recommended through Jet2, so we had high expectations. Unfortunately, there were several things that left us disappointed. We stayed in a suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). One of the rooms was not prepared with bedding, and we had to request extra beds and sheets. This is something you would expect to be ready upon arrival. Food The food was actually very good, and I cannot say anything negative about it. As food lovers, we really appreciated the variety and quality on offer. Pools The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool. We never had any issues finding sunbeds, although that may have been because the hotel was not at full capacity. The most unpleasant part of our stay was the service around the pool. There was very little table service. Occasionally, a waiter would pass by very slowly, and it almost felt uncomfortable ordering, as if serving guests was an inconvenience. For families with children, constantly having to go to the bar is not very practical, especially when one adult is away. And now the icing on the cake: at the infinity pool bar, whenever I ordered an Aperol Spritz or a Piña Colada, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted it with alcohol. The first time, fine. The second time, okay. But after several occasions, combined with certain facial expressions, it felt as though they were trying to convince me to order a non-alcoholic version instead. I was even told that alcohol was “not good for my health.” Staff at the infinity pool should focus on providing the service guests request rather than sharing personal opinions. A holiday should feel relaxing, not as though staff are doing you a favour. To be fair, not all staff were unfriendly. Some were excellent. However, if you don’t feel relaxed during your holiday, then something is not quite right. All Inclusive The all-inclusive package includes drinks only until 11:00 PM, after which you have to pay. I found this quite surprising and have never experienced this before at an all-inclusive resort. Another thing that became frustrating was being constantly asked for our room number despite wearing all-inclusive wristbands. If guests are already identified by wristbands, it would make more sense to use a chip or another system rather than repeatedly asking for room details. Our children went to the bar several times to get ice cream or soft drinks and were refused service unless an adult was present, even though they knew the room number. Really? Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the infinity pool is stunning. However, I would not return because there was a constant feeling of tension rather than relaxation. The adults-only pool was also very disappointing. There wasn’t even a bar, and the atmosphere was extremely dull. We have stayed at other hotels where adults-only pools had DJs, music, and activities throughout the day, creating a much better experience. Otherwise, I don’t really see the point of having it. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great food and lovely pools, but the service and atmosphere did not meet the standards we expected from a luxury all-inclusive resort. The hotel’s app was another disappointment. It was quite complicated to register unless you were already enrolled in the hotel’s loyalty program. Wouldn’t it be much easier to simply enter your room number, as many other hotels allow? We constantly had to ask staff about entertainment schedules because it was difficult to find information in the app. Even some staff members told us that the app doesn’t work very well and that it’s not always possible to see all the activities. This became especially inconvenient in such a large resort. When you’re travelling with children, it’s important to know what is happening throughout the day, including Kids Club activities, shows, and sports classes for adults. We often felt like we were missing information because there was no clear and reliable way to see what was available. Unfortunately, that was our overall experience. While the hotel itself is beautiful and has many positive aspects, the service, communication, and overall guest experience did not meet the expectations we have for a luxury all-inclusive resort.
