Hotel sam o sobe je nadherny. Zvenku, uvnitr, atrium, zahrady, bazeny, ta nejvic top bufetova restaurace, i vetsina cisniku a lide z recepce jsou mili, krasne to vsude voni ... ALE? Na 5* spousta nedotazeni. I kdyz ma clovek plnou penzi a dokoupi si napoje na den “bez omezeni” za nemale penize, ceka trapne jak pitomec, nez si ho nekdo na baru vsimne a pak jeste musi podepisovat ucty.., to neni normalni. Malem jsme kolikrat v tom horku umreli zizni a to si sli jen pro vody! Nealko, nebo aspon vody, by mely byt volne kdykoliv pristupne a ne na objednavani! Uklid pokoju - u nas tragedie. 5dni jsme cekali na vylesteni zrcadel od neciho cela, ze srandy do nej kremem udelali i oci a nos. Vymena rucniku az po 3dnech, kdy jsme si o to vylozene rekli, pak prevlekla i postele, jinak by nic nebylo. Hlavni bufet restaurace - uzasna!!! Jen ty cekacky u vchodu dosti ponizujici. Ale resi to moznost objednani terasy na cas, coz je skvele a vyuzivali jsme. Sushi restaurace = tragedie! Cekali jsme 1/2hodiny nez nam dali vodu, dalsich 15min na kartu, ostatni hosty dosle po nas pritom obsluhovali. Personal neprijemny, az arogantni. Jidlo chabe, se sushi x japonskymi delikatesami nema co cinit. Obdobne strasne i Osa bar na veceri. Myslim, ze je stale co u zamestnancu v takovem hotelu napravovat x je vice hlidat. Aby meli hoste opravdu pocit, ze si za sve penize patricny nadstandart uziji a nebudou mit pocit, ze jsou prehlizeni ci na obtiz. Kazdopadne - pres vse vyse napsane to byl skvely zazitek a verim, ze se nekdy opet vratime. Urcite doporucuji, ze zkusenosti z jinych hotelu na Tenerife byl tento opravdu TOP.

Our stay at the Hotel Palacio de Isora was truly outstanding from beginning to end. Everything about the experience was excellent: the facilities, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the overall quality throughout the hotel. It’s a place that makes you feel relaxed and welcomed from the very first moment. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. The quality, variety, and presentation were exceptional every day, with something for everyone and consistently high standards. Every meal felt like part of the experience rather than just another part of the day. We would especially like to mention the Oasis restaurant, which became one of our favorite places during our stay. The service from the waiter team was excellent: always attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their warmth and dedication created such a pleasant atmosphere and made every visit special. A very special mention goes to Javi, Erika, and Beatriz Vega. Their professionalism, leadership, and personal attention were truly remarkable. They were always present, making sure everything ran perfectly and taking care of every detail with kindness and dedication. Their way of treating guests makes a real difference and reflects the high standards of the hotel. People like them are the reason guests leave not only with great memories, but also with the desire to return. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Palacio de Izora and, overall, the experience was very positive. Everything was great: well-maintained facilities, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent service from the staff. We would especially like to mention Beatriz Vega, as well as Erika and Javi from the Oasis restaurant. Their service was impeccable — always attentive, friendly, approachable, and highly professional. It’s wonderful to meet people who do their job with such dedication and warmth, as they truly make a difference and make you feel genuinely welcome. Without a doubt, it’s people like them and these little details that make the experience even more special. Thank you for everything!

I will update and finish this review at the end of our holiday, but I would just like to say please don’t believe all the negative views… we are on day two & loving it! The staff are amazing, the hotel is wonderful & the food is amazing. Treat people how you want to be treated… if you treat staff respectfully and with kindness they will behave in the same way. Yes, there might be a couple of the Bali beds that need a bit of a refurb, but that is not spoiling our holiday. I will come back… enough said 🥰

Our stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora was genuinely one of the best family holidays we have ever had. Cuisine is always incredibly important to us when travelling, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. There were around 5–6 restaurants on site and every single one was exceptional. We could easily have booked a different restaurant every evening and never been disappointed. The standout for us was the Pangea Food Market buffet. Calling it a buffet almost does it a disservice because it felt like a luxury dining experience every night. Steaks were cooked perfectly to your preference, the seafood selection was exceptional every evening, and there was every cuisine imaginable available. I personally loved the incredible cheeses and charcuterie selection, my wife adored the desserts, and our daughter was obsessed with the ice cream and sweets station. Despite being a buffet, the atmosphere was calm and elegant, with attentive staff who truly looked after you. My personal favourite restaurant was Oasis, located beside the stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea. The setting alone was breath taking, but the food and service were equally incredible. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly and always made a real effort with our daughter, which meant a lot. We ended up having a three-course lunch there almost every day. Honestly, if Oasis existed as a standalone restaurant in another resort, you would pay a fortune for the experience — yet it was all included here. The drinks offering throughout the resort was also outstanding. Premium branded spirits, exceptional coffees, and cocktails that were genuinely some of the best we’ve had at any all-inclusive resort. For families, this hotel is on another level. There were children’s clubs running morning and afternoon every day, and the entertainment staff were absolutely phenomenal. They genuinely looked like they loved every second of what they were doing, and the energy they created for the children was amazing. There was also an early evening entertainment section for children in the central plaza area before dinner, which created such a lovely atmosphere around the resort in the evenings. In addition, the hotel had transformed a huge conference room into an incredible children’s play area with giant inflatables, games, and activities — all exceptionally organised, spotlessly clean, and fully supervised by staff. The clientele also gave the hotel a very refined and relaxed atmosphere. Guests came from all over Europe — Spanish, French, British and many other nationalities — and the overall feel of the resort was sophisticated yet welcoming. The swimming pools were exceptional, especially the main pool and heated children’s pool and central pool (like a warm bath), which were wonderfully warm and perfect for families. The pool bars were incredibly efficient too — no waiting for drinks or snacks. The rooms were simply stunning. We have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world, and these rooms were genuinely first class in every way. Before travelling, I noticed a handful of negative reviews and was slightly concerned, but after staying here I honestly believe people are far more likely to write reviews when they want to complain about something. Truly exceptional experiences are much rarer — and this was one of them. What makes this hotel special is not just the beautiful surroundings or luxurious facilities, but the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was genuinely warm, professional, and seemed to truly care about making guests’ holidays unforgettable. If you are considering this hotel as a couple — go. If you are considering it as a family — you honestly will not find a better holiday experience. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already looking at booking again later this year, which probably says everything about how highly we rate this hotel.
