Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife

We had a really great stay here. The location is ideal — set in a quieter area with beautiful views of Tiede, but still close enough to get into the town easily (the hotel also has a bus shuttle service). The food was surprisingly good, with plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. The pool area was spacious and relaxing with lots of room to unwind - never felt too full. Our junior suite and terrace was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to settle in straight away. Staff were so friendly and helpful too. We’d happily stay here again.

Unfortunately our stay was dominated by noise from guests above us. this impacted our sleep and caused persistent stress. we informed the reception but no solution was provided making us feel unvalued as customer. To be honest we stopped caring about the nice garden/pool, the smiles of the staff, or any of the 5* stuff after a couple of nights lacking decent sleep or be able to relax.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. The junior suite was so comfortable and we had everything we could ask for. Definitely recommend.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a very amazing garden and pool. The food is very rich and amazing variety. Highly recommended.
