We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed everything. Great service, comfortable stay, and very good food with a nice choice for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also helped us organise trips to Teide and the zoo with free transport, which was very convenient. Friendly staff and special thanks to Wilmer for his kindness and positive attitude.

We took a room-only option, on account of the reviews we'd read, and the amount of good eating options available within minutes of walking distance. We made a good choice. The hotel is friendly, modern, clean and comfortable. It does have food options, which we used ad-hoc, and the food is fine for snacking, but I definitely think I'd have regretted going all-inclusive. Overall, excellent stay, and a great base to explore the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was very tired after traveling to the UK and had not slept for two days due to work. At the reception, I was greeted by an older lady with glasses who was quite rude to me. When I mentioned that I was paying for the stay, she responded by saying, “You are only paying £500, this is not a 5-star hotel.” I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand it may not be a luxury hotel, but it is still a significant amount of money, and guests deserve to be treated with courtesy. Because I was exhausted, I did not have the energy to continue the conversation. I simply asked her to guide me to my room, but she told me to find it myself and only gave me the room number and code. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the city centre, and public transport becomes difficult after 11 PM, which made getting around inconvenient. In my opinion, this hotel may be more suitable for older guests looking for a quiet stay. However, younger travellers might prefer livelier areas such as Adeje or Los Cristianos, where there is more activity and better accessibility. Overall, I believe that for the price I paid, I could have found better value elsewhere.
