We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Maria and Wilmer who recommended restaurants and a lovely coastal walk to Alcala. The "3 natural lakes" there are actually three interconnected natural volcanic tide pools located along the coastal promenade at Playa de La Jaquita, well worth the long walk. The lovely black sand beach near the hotel, Playa de Las Arena is stunning and the garlic sizzling prawns in the balcony restaurant overlooking the beach were delicious. We had the best seafood risotto and seafood pasta in Kraken restaurant (turn left outside the hotel). One of the highlights of our holiday was the cocktail making lesson with Wilmer who was such good fun. We made and drank two cocktails each and had two charcuterie boards between four of us, amazing value for 7.50 euros each. All in all one of the best beach holidays I have had, made even more special by all of the team at Sholeo lodges xx

An Unforgettable Stay – Truly Exceptional Hospitality We were absolutely delighted with our stay and thoroughly impressed by both the hotel and the quality of its services. The hotel has a beautifully modern and stylish design, complemented by tasteful touches of vibrant colour that give the entire property a fresh, welcoming and lively atmosphere. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the ability to connect our own device to the TV, allowing us to enjoy our choice of films and entertainment without the restrictions often found in other hotels. We were also very grateful that the use of the air conditioning was included at no additional cost. The breakfast was delicious, generous and offered a wonderful selection. The only small thing I personally missed was Spanish chorizo, but this is merely a personal preference and certainly did not detract from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to mention Manu at reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything related to our reservation. His professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. A special mention also goes to Wilmer, who had a wonderful sense of humour and brightened our mornings every day. He was always friendly, attentive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. And of course, José at the bar, who always greeted us with such warmth and made some fantastic cocktails. His friendly and welcoming personality made every visit to the bar a pleasure. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and creating such wonderful memories for us. Your hospitality, attention to detail and genuine kindness made our experience truly unforgettable. We would be delighted to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay with exceptional service. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Wilmer is wonderful, we tried both the wine tasting and the cocktail workshops. Plenty of drinks, tapas for a reasonable price. Learned so much and laughed so much. Met some wonderful people from different countries. What a fantastic addition to the holiday. Would come back again just for these experiences

We had a lovely time at the wine tasting; very informative and fun. The wine was gorgeous; Wilma bought wine from his Dad’s vineyard. We had tasty snacks and for €7.50 you can’t go wrong.
