Unfortunately, my stay was let down by poor customer service both during and after my visit. I stayed from the 24th to the 26th June and, after checking in and paying for my room, I found it to be unbearably hot. I reported the issue to reception immediately, but my concerns were dismissed, and I felt very fobbed off. As a result, I had a very uncomfortable first night's sleep and hoped to revolve the issue the following day. I even took a video showing that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Despite showing this to reception the following day, I was again told to try operating it myself. It was only after I called reception a second time that someone was finally sent to my room to fix the issue. A friend staying on the floor above visited my room and immediately commented on how much warmer it was than hers, confirming that the problem was specific to my room. The person I spoke to first really couldn't have cared less. If you're paying for a service and it's not what you paid for, it should be rectified. But only after showing video proof did they even take my problem seriously. To make matters worse, after I checked out, the hotel charged me a €70 "no-show" fee, despite the fact that I had stayed for both nights of my booking. I have proof that I stayed at the hotel, which I sent to them immediately after receiving the notification that I was going to be charged. This was clearly an administrative error on the hotel's side, yet I have been left out of pocket because of it. I contacted the hotel straight away and provided all the evidence they requested. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails, leaving the issue unresolved. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Unfortunately, I found the staff dismissive when I raised a genuine issue during my stay, and the lack of communication afterwards has been even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Have to pay for water, internet is rubbish, pool shuts ridiculously early, opens late. I would only come here if you’re interested in drinking and going to bed at 5pm.

Wow this is an excellent hotel, all the staff work really hard and look after everyone very well. The food is really enjoyable and tasty, don't listen to bad reviews about the food it is lovley in both restaurants and the pool bar. It was our wedding anniversary while we were there and they very kindly up graded our room and made us feel very special when we were in the a la carte resturant. We would highly recommend this hotel it is lovley and quite often a very good price. Beware this is the North of Tenerife about 1 and half hours from the airport and quite often cloudy even when the weather is hot. Make sure you down load the tui blue app because everything is booked through this. Lastly we highly recommend you go for a drink and watch the sun set over the sea on the gorgeous terrace in the Tauri Hotel opposite.
