Budget friendly all inclusive. A newer hotel which is nice. Typical RIU food. I highly suggest downloading the app to view itineraries for your stay. I had a family suite with 3 double beds, made our stay very comfortable. Excellent dinner service. Free airport transportation if you book directly through the hotel.

Great service in all the bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable rooms. À la carte menus could have been a bit more extensive but other than that the food was good,

As an airline employee, my schedule can be unpredictable, so I wasn’t sure exactly when I’d arrive. Because of that, I booked my stay at the last minute. My first check-in experience wasn’t the best, but when my husband and I decided to extend our stay to continue celebrating my mom’s birthday, the rebooking and second check-in process went very smoothly, which I truly appreciated. David at the beach bar and Fandago from the entertainment team were both incredibly kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the gym and spa. The only thing I didn’t love about the spa was having to pay before receiving services, but the massages themselves were good. Maggie and Karen were both wonderful, professional, and so kind. The food selection was good overall. My only suggestions would be to have a microwave available in the buffet area for guests like me who prefer their food piping hot, and to offer more options for guests and families who do not eat pork. Overall, the property was clean, well maintained, and I would definitely return. I also really appreciate that you offer airline employees a discount through ID90. I’ve already shared information about your resort with several of my coworkers and will continue recommending it. Thank you for helping make my mom’s birthday celebration a memorable one!

I enjoyed a lot stay with rio. Everything is amazing specially food and location like view is wonderful.

It was the first time at Rio resorts for my family. and overall everything was good except the lights and air conditioning went out for about two days on and off. I got stuck in an elevator due to that. It was very uncomfortable because during dinner, the restaurant was very hot so I had to sit outside. we’ve been to Cancun many times for over five years now and this has never happened yet. Any other resort. We didn’t have a chance to try the steak house because they said there wasn’t any available reservation, but it was strange because when we peaked inside, the restaurant was empty. Entertainment at the pool and the Mexican restaurant was very good.
