The Reserve

My wife and I stayed at the Reserve at Savoy Palace for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation we had. What made this stay so special wasn't just the beautiful property—it was the people. Every interaction left us feeling genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. From the spa, restaurants, and rooftop bar, every member of the team consistently went above and beyond. Some of our favorite memories were the 'Exclusively Yours' dinner, where the service felt incredibly personal. Diana, Mila, and Nicole were crucial in helping me find creative ways to surprise my wife. They also made us feel like regulars by the end of our stay. We'd also like to recognize Shisir, whose warmth, knowledge, and thoughtful wine pairings transformed dinner into an unforgettable experience. It's rare to find a hotel where excellence is so consistent across every department. The culture of hospitality here is truly remarkable, and it made the beginning of our marriage even more memorable. Thank you to Cristina and the entire team for creating an experience we'll never forget. We can't wait to return!

I spent 6 perfect days at The Reserve and I could not fault any aspect of my stay. I was welcomed by exceptional staff who addressed me by my name which is a lovely touch particuarly when you are a solo traveller. The rooms are beautiful and I particularly loved the roof top infinity pool but the entire pool area was outstanding the pool staff took great care of the guests. Perhaps The Reserve is now my favourite hotel in the world everything about it was perfect particularly it’s very special staff.

I cannot recommend The Reserve anymore. What an absolutely fantastic stay. The service and attention to detail is second to none and the staff are all so attentive, personal and caring. The breakfast was outstanding with personal table service and the GEPA service was so helpful. Spotless, clean, rooms with complimentary drinks set up by room service every evening and nothing was ever too much trouble. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in a great location, with all aspects facing the sea. The welcome and hospitality were first class. We stayed at the ‘Reserve’ and we were treated like ‘royalty’. We stayed for 3 weeks and I can honestly say that our experience is going to be hard to beat. All staff are friendly, engaging and basically just outstanding ! We look forward to returning..
