The Reserve

We loved our holiday stay at the Reserve. Cannot fault anything at all. Wonderful helpful staff, amazing facilities and a great location. Out of this world breakfast and we particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Super clean, cannot enthuse enough!! We will be back … 😎

Fantastic weekend away, looked after by everyone at The Reserve. 5+*. Beautiful rooms, restaurants and bars, the best views, sea and hills. Loved the infinity pool, very exclusive and peaceful. Will definitely be returning ♥️

The Reserve is the best hotel experience we have ever had, from the minute you arrive to the leaving day you feel the care, exceptional service and genuine kindness from the team. Zita, our GEPA was genuinely the perfect balance of professional and warmth, when we left she was someone we would want to return to see again in the future. She made our holiday, a friendly face, someone who made you feel “at home” which is amazing in such a prestigious hotel. We never felt anything was a problem. Christina the manager was the most accommodating and caring host, she really made us feel welcome and made sure we had personal service. Every single person in the reserve were the best example of customer service ambassadors, from those serving your breakfast, to the waiters, bar staff, cleaners and doormen - I would give five stars to each and everyone. We feel we have been in a cocoon for a week, exactly what we needed. We will be back “home” as soon as we can. It may be one of the top hotels in the world, but it had a huge heart, this is what made it stand out. Thank you all,

Best hotel of the island. All was perfect. The Reserve is more than the Savoy. It’s the « nec le plus ultra ». Thank you so much to the personal for this amazing experience.

Perfect way to end our week in Madeira - from the minute we arrived to seeing us to our gate at the airport. Every member of staff was fabulous - they were sunshine and blue skies with 2 legs. The setting ideal. Spa and pools perfect to complete our week off. This just may become an annual ritual🤞🤞. Thank you everyone that made our stay wonderful. May you all keep shining.
