Quality Hotel Vienna

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at your hotel. The service I received was unprofessional, and I found the receptionist, Paulina, to be rude and disrespectful. Her behavior was unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression of the hotel. I hope you take this matter seriously and investigate the situation. If my complaint is not addressed properly, I will share my experience through reviews and other platforms so that others are aware of the level of service I received.

Hotel satisfies almost all tourist needs.

Excellent location in Vienna, just 40 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes walk the Schönbrunn Palace. Clean rooms and facilities. Nice, helpful and professional staff. The check-in experience was above average. The atmosphere was above the average for 4 star hotel and for a proper price. Surely will repeat

Clean quiet hotel. Roland is amazing and could not be any more helpful! Breakfast is good mixture of both hot and cold and Roland is amazing, nothing was too much for him, cleaning tables, replenishing food items, catering to hotel guests and all with a smile on his face.
