Quality Hotel Vienna

My wife booked this hotel because it was within a 10 minute walk of Schönbrunn Palace, gardens and zoo and 5 minute walk to the underground to gain access to the centre of Vienna. The hotel is a lovely clean, welcoming and always very helpful with anything that I asked. Our room was on the 4th floor and we found it very comfortable and quiet. Tea and coffee and small fridge was very handy. We had a bath with a shower over it, toilet and wash hand basin with worktops either side for our toiletries. It had a large mirror over and a small mirror to the side for make up, etc. We found the inclusive breakfast very nice. It filled us up for the day with a cooked selection, cold meat’s and cheeses, cereals, toast, pastries, breads, fruit, yogurts, hot and cold drinks,etc. It did have a bar in the hotel but we didn’t use it because we were out sight seeing a lot. The bar and reception area was very clean and comfortable. We found the hotel to be good value and the staff were all brilliant! We would definitely return again.

Ideal for Schonbrunn and transport to the city. Comfortable, quiet room and decent food.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a family trip through Europe. The hotel is located a couple minutes from Schonbrunn Palace. For those new to Vienna, note that the Schonbrunn Palace is pretty far away from the Old Town area. There are several restaurants within walking distance, as well as the subway station to get to the old town (which is about a 20 -30 minute walk away). We were happy to find that the hotel had air conditioning, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and answered any questions we had. When we asked for an extra fan and pillow they brought those up quickly. The carpet in our room is in need of replacement soon, but otherwise the property is well maintained. We would stay here again.

A great and comfortable hotel conveniently located by public transport. The room was clean and nicely equipped, with good beds and a kettle for tea/coffee. Although there is a busy street in front, the windows provided a good level of noise isolation. We could make use of a private parking lot behind the building. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Certainly a good value for money!

Nice hotel Friendly staff / and friendly people who cleaned the rooms. +++ Hard mattresses, good size on the bed and room. Quiet Good food. Strange bar(the time it was open strange way to have a bar in a hotel big - on that ) and we cant put drinks on the room. Cash or card. If the bar had been bether i had give topp score.
