Cape Sounio - A Grecotel Resort to Live

Náš třetí návrat, poloviční cena přilákala i ostatní a tak byl hotel překvapivě plný i na konci října. Hotel je pořád bezchybný, nově upravená pláž a okolí bazénu. Snídaně velmi bohaté, večeři jsme letos nebrali. Mám oblíbené dvě taverny v okolí - Sysrtaki a Maridu. Večeříme raději dříve, jinak hotel určitě má i večerní bufet skvětý. Moře bylo krásně teplé i na konci října, 24 stupňů. V hotelu je krytý vyhřívaný bazén, nebyl třeba. Výhledy na Posseidonův chrám se neomrzí, 40 minut jízdy k jezeru Vouliagméni, spousta možností na pěší výlety v okolí, hotel leží na hranici národního parku Sounio.Bungalovy jsou krásně položeny a odhlučněny, dostatek suchých osušek na pláži i u bazénu, na pláži pořád dostatek lehátek. Dva dny dokonce nefoukalo, což je na Souniu neobvyklé. Velmi příjemný prodloužený víkend, letenky Praha-Atény za 3 tisíce, na příští květen už dokonce jsou v prodeji za 2500,-. Mám zase cukání na další prodloužený víkend.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I truly felt it was worth sharing my experience. For months, I had been hearing wonderful things about Cape Sounio Resort — its magical atmosphere, exceptional service, and the incredible live music that fills the evenings. Yesterday, I finally had the chance to spend the night there with friends, and I can honestly say that every compliment was absolutely deserved. The resort is simply breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beauty and elegance. We spent the evening at a lovely table beside a stunning illuminated fountain, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere under the sunset sky. Then the Latin band began to play, and for a moment, I felt as if I had been transported to a luxurious hotel in Cuba. Nine talented musicians on stage, creating an unforgettable atmosphere! Five stars to the incredible musicians, five stars to the resort for creating such a unique experience, and five stars to the wonderful staff whose kindness, professionalism, and impeccable service made our stay even more special. Waking up in such a beautiful place was the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable experience. I only wish every hotel could offer the same level of charm, hospitality, and excellence.

Thursday evening at Cape Sounio was one of the most memorable moments of our holiday, thanks to the wonderful musicians Nikos and Wera. As the sun set over the Temple of Poseidon and the beautiful Athens Riviera, Nikos and Wera created an atmosphere that was simply magical. Wera's voice is truly the voice of an angel—beautiful, pure, and full of emotion. Every song was performed with such grace and feeling that it captivated everyone listening. Nikos was outstanding throughout the evening, a talented and accomplished musician whose skill and passion shone through in every performance. Together they were the perfect duo, creating a soundtrack that matched the beauty of the surroundings. There are moments on holiday that stay with you forever, and Thursday evening was one of them. The combination of the stunning setting, the warm atmosphere, and the exceptional music made for an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Nikos and Wera, for sharing your incredible talent and making our stay so special. You are both a tremendous credit to Cape Sounio, and we hope to have the pleasure of hearing you perform again in the future.
