Cape Sounio - A Grecotel Resort to Live

Náš třetí návrat, poloviční cena přilákala i ostatní a tak byl hotel překvapivě plný i na konci října. Hotel je pořád bezchybný, nově upravená pláž a okolí bazénu. Snídaně velmi bohaté, večeři jsme letos nebrali. Mám oblíbené dvě taverny v okolí - Sysrtaki a Maridu. Večeříme raději dříve, jinak hotel určitě má i večerní bufet skvětý. Moře bylo krásně teplé i na konci října, 24 stupňů. V hotelu je krytý vyhřívaný bazén, nebyl třeba. Výhledy na Posseidonův chrám se neomrzí, 40 minut jízdy k jezeru Vouliagméni, spousta možností na pěší výlety v okolí, hotel leží na hranici národního parku Sounio.Bungalovy jsou krásně položeny a odhlučněny, dostatek suchých osušek na pláži i u bazénu, na pláži pořád dostatek lehátek. Dva dny dokonce nefoukalo, což je na Souniu neobvyklé. Velmi příjemný prodloužený víkend, letenky Praha-Atény za 3 tisíce, na příští květen už dokonce jsou v prodeji za 2500,-. Mám zase cukání na další prodloužený víkend.

From the moment we arrived until we had to ( unfortunately) leave this resort exceed all our expectations. The resort is spacious and doesn't feel crowded or busy. The rooms are lovely having recently been refurbished. We stay in 508 with a Temple and sea view. Great facilities with a lovely pool and garden areas. The beach whilst not sand is well maintained with comfortable beds and both area have attentive service. The food is exceptional. We ate in The Restaurant most evening and were blown away by the quality and choice of items on the menu. The Aegean Grill was also lovely and Yali for lunch in the sun was delightful. We had the pleasure of meeting some lovely members of the team. The team in The Restaurant were exceptional and great fun.. as my Greek isn't good please see uploaded picture with your names ... Chef Fillipos and team your food was outstanding..thank you Thank you to Andriana, Nikolleta and Eva who always greeted us with a friendly smile. Every team member we met was courteous, helpful and super friendly which created a lovely relaxing atmosphere around the resort. We have to say the hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in Thank you all for a wonderful time

The location is beautiful, We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The bar-restaurant were both fantastic, offering a delicious and wide-ranging selection. The evening was made truly unique by the combination of the amazing view of the Temple of Poseidon and the energetic live music from the hotel’s band. Overall, it was a wonderful experience

Excellent hotel, with very helpful and kind staff, beautiful surroundings, very clean rooms and tasty food. We liked it very much and definitely will come again 👍

A beautiful hotel where we had a fantastic holiday, thanks to the wonderful facilities, excellent location, but especially to the staff who gave us a princely welcome and treated us like royalty. Thank you Christos, Razan, Terpsi, Eva (with the much longer name, but I'll shorten it), Antonis, Maria, Alexandra, Esperanxa, Vasso, Myrto, Fotis and so many others... (room 105)
