Exceptional stay thanks to Anna! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Anna. There were quite a few situations and details during my stay that I honestly would not have been able to manage without her help. She went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, always with kindness, patience, professionalism, and a genuinely warm attitude. Anna was not only incredibly efficient, but also truly caring and attentive, making me feel supported and welcomed at every step. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a real difference in a guest’s experience, but she absolutely did. Because of Anna, what could have been a stressful stay turned into an exceptional one. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I am deeply grateful for all her help. Thank you so much, Anna, for making this stay so special and memorable. I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes how lucky they are to have you. What I didn’t like: When Anna, the manager, was not available, the level of service was unfortunately much less consistent. On several occasions, I had to call multiple times and repeat the same requests for simple things in the room before they were taken care of. It sometimes felt necessary to follow up quite persistently to get assistance. That said, a few members of the staff were absolutely wonderful and genuinely helpful, but overall, the service depended too much on specific individuals rather than being consistently excellent.

From the moment we arrived at the spa of the Dolcem Attica Riviera, Sofia and Frosina made us feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness, attention, and professionalism truly made our experience even more special. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, spotless, and perfectly designed for a relaxing escape. We instantly felt disconnected from the outside world and completely recharged. A special thank you as well to Marios and Jessie for the amazing massage experience. Their gentle approach, professionalism, and discreet care created such a calming and unforgettable moment. Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

The check-in and check out experience was great. This is really a 4 star hotel. The hotel restaurants and the pool are great. The staff are generally very pleasant. The views from both the restaurant and dining terrace are stunning. We found the actual hotel room a bit small and the so-called "mountain view" really just a steep rise covered in vegetation at the backside of hotel. Good back security lighting, but there was some kind of bird cooing all night, which took getting used to. The bathroom has a glass door, which, though frosted, didn't give any privacy , Luckily, it was only family in the room, so only minimal initial discomfort...got used to it, as we did putting used toilet paper in a sealed garbage can next to toilet. No wash clothes in the bathroom,either. Also, confusion over where to get pool towels and whether to pay for them or not.

I did the spa and massage with Sophia and her manager Frosina. They took such good care of us! I had the shoulder back and scalp massage and I wish it was longer! Sophia hit all of my problem spots and I've never felt more relaxed. Thank yall!
