Zeus Dolce Athens

My name is Elena and I live not far from the Zeus Dolce Hotel in Vravrona, Greece. I have visited it a few times in the past, but yesterday I tried the spa service for the first time as an external visitor and I was really pleased with the prompt service, courtesy, and hygiene of the place, but above all the excellent quality of the relaxation and rejuvenation service. I will definitely visit it again and I thank Marios , Frosso and Sofia for the treatment and for giving me me the absolute relaxation and pleasure.

Booked the Executive Seaview Bungalow, $300+ per night. My expectations were to have a Five Star experience in a beautiful part of the world. Our experience ended up being a huge disappointment, from dirty floors, broken or in need of repair items in our room and throughout the Hotel. -safe did not work upon arrival. -make up mirror light didn’t work. -room dead bolt didn’t lock. -several of the lifts were out of order. -gym was dirty, the universal gym was broken, treadmills were both not working one day, eventually one was repaired We were in bed sleeping the 2nd night when someone entered our room, they immediately left when they noticed we were home! We called the reception and notified them of the intruder, they really didn’t have an explanation for what happened, approx 15 minutes later reception called us back and said it was one of the staff that entered our room accidentally. Why didn’t they knock first??? We comprised a long list of our issues and took it to the reception the next morning, we were ready to pack up and leave, Alexandra at reception seemed shocked to hear about the room intruder, she offered us another room which we took, the room was fine Although it had no internet. We were also comped a meal at the buffet. Alexandra also told us that no staff would have entered our room? This Hotel aspires to be a Five Star and has the potential but is a long way away from attaining that status. Until then I highly recommend people stay away from the Zeus Dolce.
