Alexandros Palace Hotel & Suites

recently stayed at Alexandros Palace Hotel & Suites with a group of friends for a weekend package, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. First of all, the staff did not give us a warm or welcoming reception, which immediately created a negative impression. As a group that had already paid for a package, we expected a much more professional and friendly attitude. Secondly, we were surprised to be charged an additional €30 tax per room, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. This felt misleading. Another major issue is that although the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, many basic services come with extra charges. For example, using the indoor pool and spa costs €20 per hour, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The rooms were also not very clean, “basic 5-star amenities were missing (such as bathrobes and slippers) Considering the weather was bad, the outdoor pool (which is free) was not usable, leaving us with very limited options unless we paid extra for everything. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay. The hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have visited Alexandros palace in September and everything were excellent ! Very kind staff and of course Korina was the best. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. Thank you very much, see you again!

My husband and I visited Alexandros Palace at the end of June for the second year, and once again we where absolutely delighated! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasandly surprices by being accommodated in a stunning room with a breathraking sea view. The cleanliness of the room, bathroom and terrace was impeccable. The staff are incledibly polite and attentive- it`s clear they go above beyond to make guests feel special. In the evenings we enjoyed live music performance in various styles at the main bar overlooking the sea- a truly lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied, with something to suit every taste. Just like last year, we rented a boat and explored Ammouliani iskalnd and the nearby beaches- an unforgettable experience. The hotel`s beach is clean, well-maintainded and cpacious enough for all guests. We are extremely grateful to the entire team, and especially to the amazing Thalia Sidiropoulou , who made out vacation truly unforgettable. We can`t wait to come back again next summer!

Alexandros Palace proved to be the perfect choice for our holiday. From the very first moment, the service was impeccable — the girls who handled our reservation and later the reception staff were extremely kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were especially impressed by the restaurant, with dishes prepared in front of us using fresh ingredients and a rich, abundant buffet — even for us, as guests with celiac disease, there were many options available, which we truly appreciated. The beach with its magical sunset and the pools offered exactly the relaxation we were looking for. The room was comfortable, always clean, and had a wonderful summer scent, allowing us to fully enjoy our sleep and rest. We will definitely visit again! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

Last October, my friends and I decided to travel to Greece. We visited Halkidiki and stayed at Alexandros Palace. Our experience was fantastic. We booked junior suites with a view of a small island right across from the hotel. The period we chose was ideal, as it is much quieter compared to the peak summer months. The weather was very warm, and the sea was wonderful and crystal clear. The hotel offers plenty of activities for children, while there was also an adults’ program. My friends and I enjoyed daily yoga sessions by the pool. All the staff were very helpful, and the food was excellent (we especially love Greek cuisine!). We were informed that next season the hotel will feature padel courts and even more activities. We are already planning our next visit and stay at the hotel in May, as we would also like to explore the area and Halkidiki more. It offered us wonderful moments, and we are truly looking forward to the next ones.
