Alexandros Palace Hotel & Suites

The beach area became the place where I spent most of my time. The water was clear, the surroundings were peaceful, and it was easy to find a comfortable spot to relax. Having such easy access to the sea added a lot to the overall experience.Definitely a great stay!

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. A hotel that says it’s 5 stars which is truly 3 stars, and that’s being nice because it’s honestly 2 stars. And the room service was fatal, somebody has to teach the room service ladies how to actually clean and fix a room because they had no clue what they were doing whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at Alexandros palace in June,the staff cant do enough for you and all work so hard,shout out to Babbos who made our stay!fantastic service! and a genuine lovely guy and Thannos for superb pizza!at the beach bar ,the food was delicious in the restaurant, great variety and lovely and fresh,constantly being changed,something for everyone, again amazing fresh pizza!!,dough was being made fresh lunchtimes for the evening and omlettes were delicious, we went all inclusive but went to the hotel bar in the evening and paid to have a variety of delicious coctails in , the bar staff in there were brilliant!beach is beautiful first thing noone on there,so peaceful,the family poolside slides were amazing lots of entertainment if you have kids,we liked the quieter pool with the two bridges,all in all a really relaxing holiday, would 100%return,

This was our third consecutive stay at Alexandros, and once again, we were truly impressed by our experience. From the moment we arrived, we received the same warm welcome we have come to expect—full of smiles, genuine hospitality, and personal attention that made us feel at home. Our room had a beautiful sea view, was fully renovated, and was impeccably cleaned every single day. Everything was comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised by the new additions to the restaurant's menu introduced by the new chef. Congratulations to the chef for the excellent work! The food was varied and delicious, offering something for every taste—from outstanding fresh Greek fish and perfectly grilled specialties to Italian dishes and many other options. Every meal was a pleasure. The staff, as always, were friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude and dedication make a real difference and create a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Once again, our stay at Alexandros was exceptional, and we are delighted that we chose to return. We truly appreciate the tireless efforts of the entire team to maintain such a high standard of service and hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will certainly continue coming back. Thank you to everyone at Alexandros for making our holidays so memorable year after year!
