Alexandros Palace Hotel & Suites

Overall, I would say stay was not the worst I've heard of. However, we were very disappointed with many things not matching up with the advertisement of the hotel. It's described as a five star but I would say it's more like a three star which was very disappointing when arriving. It was like a ghost town. Rooms are not as pictured, they are a bit more dated but generally okay. The bar staff and waiters are why we are giving it three star because they were lovely. All inclusive means nothing these days we had to pay for most things. I did not mind the food however my partner said it was the worst food he's ever had. Also, the cleanliness is not on level with a five star hotel, we only had one set of fresh towels the whole stay, public spaces not up to scratch and although the sunbeds were comfy, they were covered in birds poop. I would say there's not much to do around or in the hotel so unless you want an extremely lazy chill holiday, I wouldn't go here. Overall, it's a very tired place. Also do not log on to any of your accounts like Netflix etc because although I logged out it keeps logging back in for each person staying in the room I stayed in somehow. I've had to log it out through my phone three times already since leaving.

A wonderful seaside hotel with breathtaking panoramic views of the coast. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff in the reception, especially in the restaurant , manager Stalios and his staff: Dora, Patrizia, Tonny, Christos exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Guests could enjoy a variety of entertaining activities and animations organized throughout the day by very sympathique and nice guys Yanis, Mayda, Kays and Ulrich. The food was delicious, offering a wide selection of fresh and high-quality dishes, greek speciality. An ideal destination for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday by the sea.

Beautiful hotel, everything was wonderful people so friendly, we think we come back again. The cleaning very nice, everything was so special Animation is very very good, specially Kays for everyone is nice Amazing Disco Night !

We had such a lovely stay at Alexandros Palace. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and chilled exactly the holiday we needed. The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and especially lovely with my daughter. They went out of their way to make her birthday special by arranging a cake delivery, singing for her, and creating such a memorable moment for our family. Amazing value we went all Inclusive well Worth the money. A special thank you to Efthymios, who truly went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. His kindness and attention made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful holiday we can’t wait to return!

Location is picturesque lot of greenery there is absolutely nothing local to this hotel, so if you enjoy a holiday where you just sit round the pool you are fine, if you are not then it becomes quite expensive using Taxis as the buses are not reliable and few and far between There is some entertainment but you have to pay for your drinks in the Pearl Bar, you get a 20% discount for being all inclusive A small coffee is 5 euros most drinks are 10 The beeches are small not commercialised We upgraded the room to a junior suite they are clean roomy, however the air con didn’t work, the fly screen needs repaired The rooms are on very steep inclines if you use the stairs they are like the Spanish steps If you are not good on your feet I would not recommend this hotel at all, there are no bannisters to stairs to rooms and they are steep I have never been to a 4 star hotel were there are so many restrictions to both food and drink The snack bar is a fridge with pre made sandwiches pastries and fruit you get one scoop of ice cream per serving The only thing you can help yourself to is the food in the main restaurant where food is like warm so you have to use the microwave Although we didn’t get here until 1 am (obviously loosing a whole day of food and refreshments) you have to check out at 11 am on your day if departure and the all inclusive ends at 12 noon, so if you have a late flight out it’s an expensive day, again I’ve never come across this in an all inclusive hotel There is very little atmosphere, the animation team seem to focus on French people only if you are sitting near where they want to do something you will be told to move by them, they haven’t conversed with any English guests in fact they are quite ignorant
