Canale Hotel & Suites

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were made to feel welcome and thoroughly taken care of. The staff are all so professional and warm and make you feel at home. We were upgraded to a superior suite and the room was absolutely immaculately clean and the views over the water to the hills were incredible to wake up to each day. My husband and I both tend to struggle to sleep when away from home but we both slept like babies! Breakfast was a real highlight and we were always excited for it each day! The service again was fantastic but the quality of the food was so good! I was obsessed with the pancakes and ate them most days! The location of the hotel is perfect and you can be in the main square in 5 minutes, close to some fantastic restaurants. We felt totally spoilt during our stay and our holiday left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. We didn't want to leave, which again, is unusual for us both as we can find being away from home difficult. We have already booked for next year and are already excited to return. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who gave us the best holiday we have ever had- can't wait to do it all again!

The moment you arrive at the Canale you are treated like friends. There was a welcome cocktail on check in and a comprehensive explanation of the facilities and helpful advise for your stay. We were given a room upgrade to a suite which was equipped with an outdoor hottub. The rooms are very modern with high quality amenities. As with the previous reviews it's not the hotel that's the only star it's the staff that make this hotel exceptional. We received the highest levels of service from the staff from their amazing breakfasts to the evening cocktails (thanks to Adonis), recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, wines and bars from Petros and Martine, exceptional service from Maria, Gerry and the rest of staff for making our stay special.

This is a nice boutique hotel in a nice island, great location, room is superb and the people working there are just out of this world. We were greeted by the nicest person, I forgot her name, but she is from Albania, the nicest person we found in our trip. Hotel is in a great location, across from the promenade, great restaurants and close to the ferry. The room was immaculate, great bed, and terrace. When back in Kefalonia, will go there

Loved our room and the hot tub which we used often. Everything from the day we arrived was perfect. We loved the breakfasts (although we don’t have big appetites) they were gorgeous. I loved my complimentary treatment at the Casaly., so thank you for letting me have that experience. The staff were the best and nothing was too much trouble for them. Finally, again, thank you so much, please pass on our sincere thanks to everyone that contributed to our wonderful holiday.

Where do I begin, after an unfortunate accident whilst on holiday my husband and I stayed at Canale Hotel and Suites whilst return flights to the UK were being organised. From the moment our booking was made we received service at its absolute best. The staff at this hotel are simply amazing, attentive and anticipate your needs before you even voice them, nothing was to much trouble and every single one of them went above and beyond. The rooms and facilities are first class, luxury throughout, the breakfast is plentiful and absolutely delicious and could keep you going all day, the location is fabulous with wonderful views of Argostoli Harbour, with plenty of restaurants and shops in close proximity. The sister hotel Casaly is just a few doors away and has equally amazing staff and fabulous spa facilities. If you are looking for 5 Star luxury in Kefalonia, do not look anywhere else book Canale Hotel and Suites!
