Visited in late September with my sister! Beautiful hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Room was spotless and very comfortable. Only slight problem was with the shower being inside the bath, I could manage ok, but my sister had a wee bit of difficulty with that! Having said that, both of us have had extensive hip surgery and, taking our time, found no real difficulty with the slopes or steps! Helped us work off the calories from the lovely food! Must mention the staff, we found everyone so helpful, they all seemed happy at their posts! We are hoping to visit again next year! I have been learning a little Greek, as I love visiting Greece, and my very amateur efforts were very patiently received by all the staff, very much appreciated! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely relaxing break in beautiful surroundings!

Everything superb, a most pleasant experience on every level. Sea view room essential. Only improvement would be lower the lighting levels, it’s rather stark on long dark October evenings, and create more bar atmosphere, ie stools and happy hour?? Then it truly would be 5*

This is a beautiful hotel and very clean and well maintained. The room we had was a sea view room and its defiantly worth paying the extra for this view. The room itself is spacious, the bed is comfortable and big, the room also has tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The only downside to the room is the aircon is locked into 19 deg and cant be changed which i think is not very good as the room can get stuffy sometimes. Breakfast and dinner is included in half-board, the breakfast is good with many options and a few gluten free items...dinner is a buffet and has different options each night...the only thing I found a bit disappointing is the food is not hot, only warm at best, this is something that really needs looking into as the food itself is good. We booked the Lungomare A la Carte restaurant which is down stairs and the food and service down there is very good I recommend you eat there at least once on your holiday. The hotel has its own beach which is quite rocky but is fine for sunbathing on the loungers....sea shoes are recommended if you want to go into the sea. Overall a very good hotel just needs a few tweaks with temperature of the buffet food and the aircon and it would be perfect.

My wife and I made a first visit to this hotel recently, staying in a Seafront Junior Suite for a week on a half board basis. When you visit Greece in October you have to expect mixed weather and we certainly did, ranging from hot sun to heavy rain and thunderstorms with lightning. Ignoring the weather, here’s a quick summary of our thoughts: Hotel location: very good - set quietly on a large and well maintained coastal site just south of Lassi, near Argostoli, and close enough to the airport for a short transfer time, but not too close to be troubled by too much aircraft noise - weather permitting, lovely sunsets off to the west for all rooms not facing inland. 5/5 Staff: generally very good, although let down by a few in the buffet restaurant. A big thank you to Stephanie on reception, Vaggelis the porter and Rosemary our daily room cleaner, all of whom were excellent. 4.5/5 Cleanliness: rooms 5/5, reception and bar area 5/5, buffet restaurant 4/5. Room: our Junior Suite was large with a modern, well maintained interior and a frontline location. It had a quality feel to it. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning didn’t have an ability to warm as well as cool, as, when the weather was cold, our suite felt equally so. Reception gave us an extra blanket and this helped a little. 4/5 Food: buffet breakfast and dinners were ok, but nothing more than that and not as good as experienced in other similar hotels in Greece and Spain. The food was also often just about warm rather than hot and, despite being in low season, we also had to queue some evenings before a table was available. 3/5 Atmosphere: a relaxed environment with no noise disturbance from either the nearby road nor other guests. Evening entertainment was only provided on two out of our seven nights there. 4/5 Recommendation: hire a car to explore much of the northern half of the island if you are able to. Well worth it. The company used by the hotel (1 Ace car rental) was very efficient and provided quality cars at reasonable prices.

Greate location for travel in Kefalonia island. Exalent room, sea view, big size. Stuff friendly and helpful especially Evgenia and others as well. Very good food.
