Angsana Corfu

Started with my “luxury car” airport transfer…a VW van that smelled like cigarettes. Meanwhile other hotels were picking up their guests in Mercedes sedans. Our villa is infested with bugs, thousands of ants and wasps.. Swarms of ants all over the table, the chairs, our bodies. We’re being eaten alive with ant bites. There are also bird droppings all over the place. It’s filthy inside and outside. Disgusting. The villa manager said it an environmental hotel that’s why they allow infestations. No apologies, no resolving the situation. I wanted to leave to go to the Grecotel but she told me another villa was available to us. That was 2 hours ago, yet still no resolution. I just called and they were hostile towards me, making rude remarks and swearing in the background, when they subjected me to being bug bitten with welts all over my skin.Horrific uncivilized workers that hate their guests.
