Grecotel Eva Palace at Kommeno Peninsula

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Corfu. The hotel is of a very high standard, beautifully maintained, and offers breathtaking sea views from almost every part of the property. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, with a wide selection to suit different tastes every morning. One of the hotel's biggest highlights is its beautiful private beach, complete with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, along with several large swimming pools overlooking the sea. It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. If you're traveling as a couple, I highly recommend staying in the main building, preferably on the west side from the 4th floor and above. In our opinion, these rooms offer the best views and are much more convenient. While the bungalows are surrounded by beautiful gardens, many don't have the same sea views and require walking up and down stairs to reach the main facilities. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Corfu Town and is well located for exploring the rest of the island. Free parking is available, and I strongly recommend renting a car, as it makes visiting Corfu's beaches and attractions much easier. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect score is our checkout experience. We asked for a small one-hour late checkout, but our request was initially declined in a rather inflexible way. Eventually, the hotel did approve it, which showed that accommodating the request had been possible from the beginning. Fortunately, this was the only exception during our stay. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. We truly enjoyed our vacation here and would happily stay again.

Our stay at Eva Palace as a family of five was wonderful. The location is stunning — waking up to those Ionian sea views never got old. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the whole hotel has a peaceful, relaxed and friendly atmosphere — never noisy, just calm. But it's the staff who really set it apart. A special thank you to Eleni at Head Concierge, who was so helpful from before our arrival right to the end, always going the extra mile; to Kyriakos, kind and helpful throughout; and to Zoé and the kids club team, who kept our children happily busy with activities — they adored her. The food was excellent with great variety. Elegant for parents, completely welcoming for kids — highly recommended for families.

Beautiful property, amazing beachfront location with good beach bar drinks and convenient location to downtown. We had a 3rd floor room with a beautiful view of the bay, facing Imperial Palace. Two pleasant surprises were how much our daughter enjoyed the Grecoland Kids club, especially Miss Zoe! She was so warm and welcoming to our daughter all the days we were there. The other pleasant surprise was Grecotel's Danilia Village. The staff, the food and the attention to detail was impeccable. We also enjoyed renting a boat at Boat Hire Corfu down at the beach

Outstanding customer service, start to finish. The ice cold welcome drink was perfect after arriving in such heat. Food and drinks were delightful. There was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in our room on arrival, and throughout the stay complimentary water was replaced daily - even bottles being handed out at the pool. Their WhatsApp messaging system means that someone can answer questions for you quickly at any time. These little touches make such a huge difference. We had one very small issue which the Service Manager, Themistoklis sorted out and made up for with numerous gestures including wine, ice creams and meals through the remainder of our stay. He seems an amazing manager who mucks in with all the staff and is a smiling presence everywhere. We felt truly welcomed and would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic stay, second time staying at the Eva Palace and been extremely satisfied both times. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough to help you relax and enjoy your stay. The lobby bar staff Maria and Sylvia deserve a special mention, made us feel like a member of the family immediately, keep the bar running like a dream and always serve with a smile. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy and the overall quality of the rooms is great. The tvs / channels are in need of an update as the choice of channels isn’t great for English guests and feel like there could be more options on the teatime meal but overall the quality of food is top notch.
