Aegean Bay

We’ve had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel! It seems to have had a recent refurbishment, as everything looks fresh, modern, and really well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. We were greeted by Alberto in the middle of the night, and despite the late arrival, they had sandwiches and bottles of water waiting for us, which was a really thoughtful touch. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team – Elizabeth, Kai, and Jethrow. They were absolutely fantastic and clearly love what they do. They made such an effort to get everyone involved without being pushy, and there was always something fun going on. We especially enjoyed the aqua gym, beer pong, and the different evening entertainment every night, which was always well organised and great fun. The restaurant manager also deserves a mention. They were incredibly accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble. In fact, all of the staff were friendly, hardworking, and always happy to help. The bar staff were excellent too, and the drinks were great throughout our stay. The location is ideal. There are bus stops just outside with regular buses into Kos Town, and there’s also a free shuttle bus to the Lido Water Park, which is definitely worth visiting. There are several lovely bars within walking distance where the hospitality is just as amazing. Marmari Beach is only a five-minute walk away, and the sunsets there are absolutely sensational. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels and the bed made daily. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the temperature of the food. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner it was usually only lukewarm, and sometimes even quite cold. The quality and variety of the food itself was actually very good, which makes it even more of a shame that it wasn’t served hotter. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re not particularly fussy about your food being piping hot, this hotel offers excellent value, wonderful staff, great entertainment, and a fantastic location.

We stayed here for a week beginning of June 25. Upon arrival the hotel was nice, upon checking in we had been given two double rooms with 2 travel cots even tho we had booked for 1 room with a child bed (for a nearly 4 year old) and one baby. Our first room was clean upon arrival however the sink didn’t hold any water and as I was travelling with a baby this was a nightmare and I was back and forth to a family members room to wash bottles. The lock on the door also didn’t work. This did take 3 days to sort out the room situation in which my son was left without a bed. It took going to reception 3 times to sort this out which was frustrating. When we eventually got our room changed it was clean and everything worked well however the entire view was taken up by a construction site. I understand this cannot be entirely helped however I felt it should have been advertised. Next, On night 3 our stay a staff member actually entered our room unannounced at 1.30am. No knock or anything just entered with a key card whist me and my baby were asleep. Luckily my partner was still awake and made sure he left immediately however this was still very unsettling and made us question where the hell we was actually staying. This definitely made me feel uncomfortable at night especially having two children. When reception were notified the next day to say the response we got was shocking would be an understatement. They really couldn’t care less. It was very very disappointing and confirmed to me we would never visit again. The location of the hotel is good with a shop directly across the road and another row of shops and restaurant about a 5 minute walk about on the way to the Bach. The beach is beautiful and sandy and the water was perfect for snorkelling. Kos airport is about a 25 minute drive with a private tranfer and we paid 25 euro for a taxi into Kos and 50 euro for a minibus. The food was basic there was pizza and chips served everyday which I imagine would be good for picky eaters. The themed food nights were okay but never that much selection and breakfast and dinner seemed to be the same food rotated every few days. We did find ourselves eating out quite a bit. The food definitely could have been better. The restaurant staff were lovely and always there to help with anything needed. The entertainment was good we enjoyed the Greek night and the karaoke night as well. The grounds were kept clean and I saw some entertainment being held throughout the day as well which many seemed to enjoy. The drinks were strong but okay and the all inclusive ended at 11 so any drinks after that you had to pay for. I would consider this hotel for a cheap and easy getaway I would not pay above any odds to stay here and i personally wouldn’t be staying again.

Just returned from this lovely hotel after a 10 day stay. The Hotel is kept spotlessly clean (special shout out to Sigar who cleaned our room every day) the staff here are incredible and in my opinion is what makes this hotel stand out. From Alberto in reception warmly greeting you as you arrive and checking in with you regularly to the animation team Elisabette, Kai and Jethro who work tirelessly on ensuring you have the best time and have a whole range of activities available throughout the day for you to participate in. My two girls especially loved the water volleyball in the afternoon lol. Thanks for making our holiday so amazing guys . The Bar staff where amazing and so friendly again special shout out to Kiran and Vamshi who would literally be pouring our families drinks as we were walking to the bar lol. The restaurant is always fully stocked and there was always something for my husband and I to eat however the only criticism I would have is that there is no snack bar of the usual chips, burgers etc at lunch time and my two daughters are fussy eaters which proved an issue. Would maybe also suggest an additional toaster to allow for more people to use at breakfast time. The location is lovely and there are some beautiful restaurants at the beach, Biggy's was our favourite, followed by Tiki Bar. Would highly recommend heading down there just before sunset as the views are spectacular. There is a bus service which is so easy to use and you can take a trip into Kos Town which is stunning and if you are looking to book a boat trip would highly recommend the pirate boat - Tip book at the Boat direct in Kos Town as it is 50% cheaper than booking at the resort. Overall a great hotel, beautiful location and we had a lovely family stay. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a week in June and overall had a lovely holiday. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. We arrived late at night after the restaurant had closed, and the hotel kindly provided us with sandwiches and bottled water, which was a nice touch. Be aware that a tourist tax of around €70 per room for a week’s stay is payable on arrival. The hotel grounds are lovely, with the accommodation spread across low-rise two- and three-storey buildings. Our room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Air conditioning, a safe, Wi-Fi, a kettle, and a hairdryer are all included. The only thing missing was pool towels, so you’ll need to bring your own. The WiFi also works in the rooms. There are two swimming pools—one near the main restaurant and bar, and another close to reception with its own bar. There were always plenty of sunbeds available. Pool opens 10-6 when lifeguards are on duty. The food was decent, and there was always something to eat, although I often found it wasn’t hot enough. The freshly cooked options were much better, with omelettes made to order at breakfast and freshly cooked meat and fish available at lunch and dinner. The cocktail selection was good, and the generous measures definitely didn’t disappoint! There was also a good range of soft drinks, although a frozen slush option would have been a nice addition. The location is excellent, with the beach only a five-minute walk away. The beach sunbeds are free if you buy a drink from one of the beachfront bars, and they’re really comfortable. The staff in the beach bars were all very friendly, and the gyros wraps were delicious and reasonably priced. Sunsets at the beach are amazing The immediate area is fairly quiet, with a handful of bars, a few shops, excursion booking offices, and several places offering car and beach buggy hire. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the island. We visited Kos Town for €2.50 each way per person, and the timetable is displayed in reception. We also used the same pick-up point for our excursions. We particularly enjoyed the Three Bays boat trip, which included swimming stops and lunch, and our evening trip to Zia (€12 each), which was definitely worth it for the incredible views and sunset. As our airport transfer wasn’t until around 5pm, we chose not to pay the €40 to keep our room for an extra four hours. Instead, we used the shower in the fitness room, which was clean, although there was no hairdryer and you need to use your own towel. The luggage room was quite small and unfortunately wasn’t lockable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is spotless, the grounds are beautiful, the location is ideal, and the staff are excellent. The only thing that let it down for me was that the food was often not hot enough. Despite that, I’d happily recommend the hotel and would consider returning.

Me and my girlfriend came 25/62026-2/7/2026 and throughly enjoyed our stay. Alberto is very welcoming and makes you Feel at home straight away. The animation team is very engaging and gets everyone going and putting on different activities for all types of people very enthusiastic and good people skills, made the holiday really. The hotel itself is very good the pictures do not do it justice at all 2 pools one quite and one main pool, very picturesque complex, the food is also very nice for an all inclusive so many varieties food for everyone. The staff are very patient and always happy to help. Overall bargain for your money, definitely visit again. Very good location 20 mins from Kos + airport, 2 min walk from shops and beach. Hotel was clean gets cleaned everyday if you choose so. Chilled hotel for couples definitely recommend. 5/5. Kamal and Liv.
