Our family had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Bay AEGEAN , and it was one of the most memorable vacations we've had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Parvathi, Niki, and Harika at the reception. They greeted us with warm smiles, were always professional, and went above and beyond to help with every request. Their kindness and positive attitude made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special appreciation also goes to Vamshi from the housekeeping team. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. His attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers a great atmosphere for families, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. Every day was filled with wonderful experiences, and we truly felt that the staff cared about making our holiday special. Our daughter had such an amazing time that she kept saying she didn't want to go back home .The beach is walkable distance from the hotel also they have night entertainments every night at front of verada bar they have two pool and two bar in this hotel . Also want to mention the food truck.all because of this she don't want come with back . we Seeing her so happy made this trip even more meaningful for us. Thank you to the entire team for creating such beautiful memories for our family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a perfect family vacation. We will definitely return and look forward to seeing everyone again.

Our stay at Aegean Bay Hotel was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes available every day. There was always something new to try, and everything was well prepared. The pool area was clean, spacious, and a perfect place to relax, with plenty of sunbeds and a great ambiance. The entertainment team deserves special recognition for their incredible energy and enthusiasm. They worked tirelessly to keep guests entertained throughout the day and evening with fun activities, games, and amazing shows. Their friendliness and passion made our holiday even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Pathy at reception, who was always smiling, kind, and ready to help with any request. Mr. George in the restaurant provided outstanding service every day, making every meal a pleasure with his professionalism and warm personality. A special thanks also goes to Jijo from housekeeping, who kept our room spotless every day and paid great attention to every detail. The entire team at Aegean Bay Hotel went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. Their exceptional hospitality, dedication, and genuine care for their guests truly set this hotel apart. I believe in giving a balanced review which helps people to book a holiday feeling informed. Aegean Bay is a great all inclusive hotel choice in Kos: first what makes it a great choice is absolutely the staff who are welcoming and helpful a special mention for George the restaurant manager who works hard to ensure all guests are happy. The housekeeping team who are polite and efficient keeping the rooms refreshed. The Animation team are a credit to this hotel Jethro, Elisabete and Kai are high energy friendly people who make the atmosphere fun. The pools are well kept as are the grounds and we never had an issue getting sun-beds, we would base ourselves on the days we stayed at the hotel at the pool with the activities there is a quieter pool. The realities are the hotel rooms are just adequate not my experience of a 4 star more like a 3 star hotel room. The food is repetitive (especially breakfast and if your there for more than a week) but what I had I enjoyed, it is fresh and tasty, my food was never cold as other reviews have said. The restaurant is small for the amount of guests which means it is extremely busy with a small outside seating area being the best seats away from the noise. This means outside seating is hard to secure and can mean having to plan to eat around the busiest times this got increasingly harder as the hotel got busier in the school holidays. Sadly I was disappointed in the drinks and AI extras; for me the cocktails were not good very sweet pre made mixed drinks. The wines and beers were good; for kids it’s a small range of fizzy drinks or water there are no milkshakes or smoothies there is a 2 hour window for ice cream in the day. However, I do feel the price reflects this offering and we were very happy with the value for money. The hotel on the last few days of our stay did start a food van offering hot snacks outside of the main restaurant between 13:00-17:00 which was a great addition. Location is good it’s a quiet area so again consider this if you want lots going on, Marmari beach is a highlight with a couple of friendly beach bars serving drinks to your loungers. The bus to Kos is always very busy so expect to stand for the 20 minute journey, the last two buses back in the evenings are quite chaotic and there doesn’t appear a well established taxi service between Marmari and Kos which is a shame. Overall this is a very good hotel, the AI offering is in my opinion in line with the price. The rooms are standard and whilst adequate are not 4 star the beds/mattresses are in desperate need of an upgrade and the shower was poor with outdated hardware and poor water pressure/drainage. For us it was the staff who made this place special and I would recommend Aegean Bay for a Kos holiday but with the right expectations of what is offered.

We had a really good experience at Aegean Bay. The hotel itself has a relaxed, cosy vibe, well maintained grounds, the staff are friendly and polite, the entertainment team are great, the food is good and varied. Despite varying reviews, we found the food to be a good/ok standard, there were always something we enjoyed, don't be put off. We had an Indian night, pizzas, gyros, omelettes, chicken, fish, pancakes etc. The food truck in the grounds is also a nice addition, serving hot dogs, chips, wraps etc in the afternoon, so an alternative to lunch in restaurant if you are staying by the pool. There's entertainment at nights in the main bar which you can choose to take part in or not but it's varied and fun, with something different every night. Our room had a couple of minor issues which we didn't report until check out (which could have easily resolved if we had) but our room was cleaned regularly and nicely presented, with a balcony overlooking the pool. From the hotel it's around 5-10 mins walk to the sandy beach. There's a few bars and snack bars/restaurants along the way. There's a car rental company called Trust, 2 minutes from the hotel (literally across the road), which we used, they were very good & reasonably priced. Just outside the hotel, you can find a bus stop which goes to Kos Town, which is well worth a visit. We enjoyed the drinks during the day and ice cream. Our only minor negative comment would be to suggest longer pool opening hours (pool opens 10am-6pm). All in all a great trip, thanks to all the staff there who work hard to make it a great experience for guests :-)

My daughter and I have just returned from a lovely weeks stay here. Having read some of the negative comments I feel really strongly that some of them are quite harsh as we have nothing negative to stay whilst we were here. The staff are all extremely hardworking and polite and helpful. The bar staff at the quiet bar during the day were so chatty and kind. Beware of the levels of alcohol in the drinks in the evening as they are lethal !. George in the restaurant was kind, hospitable and very welcoming. It was always a pleasure having him around. I notice a lot of the reviews are about the poor quality of food but I can only say that there was plenty of choice and the different themed nights added lots of variety throughout the stay. Good entertainment in the evenings at the bar from karaoke to greek dancing. The only thing that didn't seem right was the bingo cost for one ticket it cost 10 euros which lasted all of about 5 minutes. A bit of a waste of money and just having one game made it pretty pointless, I do not think that was explained enough to be honest and we did feel short changed. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept in really good condition. And I can honestly say we had no noise from other rooms (we stayed in block C). They did start a food van whilst we were there serving hot food in the afternoons as it was just sandwiches and cakes otherwise so that was a welcome addition. We had a great time in Marmari, its a lovely little town with good bus links to Kos town and the beach sunset is a must to see.
