Koia All-Suite Wellbeing Resort

We had the BEST time at KOIA wellbeing resort. Although it felt like quite a couples paradise myself my mum and my sister just had the best time. The facilities are amazing- we had a private pool room with partial sea view. It was secluded and made us feel like we had our own villa. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much to ask- special shoutout to Mike (we had to get a selfie with him) Dennis! Everyone has an opinion on everything well here is mine on this Hotel Watched it grow from a building plot to a stunning resort that has no rival We travel to Kos regular and have had the pleasure of accomodation that goes WOW But then you stay at Koia and wow doesn't do it justice Staff are lovely and so friendly the resort is amazing and relaxed but our suite with a private pool and Sundeck is the dogs do dah it was beautiful ❤️ thank you guys for an amazing 8 nights treated like a Premier footballer and the WAG 😉 amazing place that we will book asap

My wife and I chose KOIA for our honeymoon on the island of Kos, and it was a uniquely beautiful experience that we will cherish for years to come. From the very beginning, long before we even arrived, the reservations team was incredibly helpful and informative, handling all our pre-booking questions and special requests flawlessly. Everything was managed with genuine warmth and professionalism. As promised, a hotel driver was waiting for us at the airport with the hotel sign, welcoming us into a modern, pristine van for a smooth ride straight to the property. The moment you step onto the grounds, a deep sense of peace and tranquility washes over you. The hotel is perfectly perched on a cliff at the eastern edge of Kos, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the Turkish coastline in the distance. Right from check-in, you realize you’ve arrived at a place where the staff will do absolutely everything so that you don't have to lift a finger except to relax. Every single team member smiles warmly, a real genuine smile and they routinely go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The level of service here is simply extraordinary. The accommodations are gorgeous and spacious. We booked the Deluxe Suite Sea View with Private Pool. After our first two nights, we asked to change rooms because our initial suite was on the far edge of the cliff and quite exposed to strong winds, which impacted our stay. The management handled it beautifully, doing all they can to relocate us to a much better room that very same day. The food is another major highlight, delicious and top-tier quality. A large portion of the herbs, fruits, and vegetables are grown in the hotel’s own private organic garden, and you can absolutely taste the freshness. Breakfast is wonderfully varied and rich, and the dinners are outstanding. The restaurant staff is incredibly attentive. To give you an idea of just how amazing the service is: one evening, we asked our waiter if we could bring a bottle of wine we had previously purchased at the hotel to dinner. Not only did they welcome it, but a staff member actually ran up to our room to fetch the bottle for us! That is next-level hospitality. Because the resort is spread across a cliffside, the hotel provides a highly efficient buggy service to help guests get around. The drivers arrive within minutes of calling; we never had to wait more than a a few short moment for a ride. We also visited the spa, which offers an excellent variety of treatments. The spa team is professional and highly skilled. We booked a couples' massage, and it was honestly one of the best treatments we’ve ever had. Highly recommended! A few things to keep in mind: - The Winds: The Aegean Sea is known for strong, dry northern winds in the summer, called the "Meltemi." They usually blow from June through September. On the plus side, it keeps the summer heat very manageable. On the downside, if your room happens to be in a highly exposed spot, the strong winds can slightly dampen the experience. - Pool Privacy: Due to the architectural layout, the private pools aren't completely secluded. Some suites offer a bit more privacy than others, but none are 100% hidden from view. It is decently not a "deal breaker" but It’s best to manage expectations regarding total privacy around your pool. Adults-Only: This is an adults-only resort, meaning no kids around. For us, this was a massive plus that contributed to the peaceful atmosphere. The Gym: The fitness center is very basic and has a limited selection of equipment. Summary: If you are looking for a luxurious getaway with a team dedicated to giving you a completely stress-free, meaningful experience, stunning views, top-notch dining, and world-class service—KOIA is absolutely the place for you. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for making our honeymoon so incredibly special and memorable. We truly appreciate it. Highly recommended!

This hotel is beautiful. The whole aesthetic is modern, calm and simple. There is a very chilled feel to the hotel. The staff are fantastic, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Alex in particular deserves a bonus or promotion for his incredible customer experience skills. He remembers every guest by name and is so helpful and kind. We had a suite with a swim up pool which we loved. No complaints at all. The only slight improvement could be the air con in the room only went as low as 19 so it never felt that cool but the fan above the bed helps. The breakfast selection was incredible, all freshly made food which a wide variety of cakes, bread, cooked food, continental, smoothies, juices, everything you could want. I have a gluten intolerance but the hotel would provide what appeared to be homemade/bakery gf bread and also make gf pancakes which were amazing. The only thing that could have improved breakfast for me would be labels about ingredients. In 7 days there was only one cake that I could eat that was GF which was a shame, however I don’t think expect this. Overall a wonderful place to stay. We hired a car and explored the island whilst there and found some wonderful beaches. Flamingo beach was my favourite, wonderful and secluded, however it is by a nudist beach! The sand is white with long sand banks. We also visited Zia twice for dinner.

We loved every moment of our stay at Koia. Every staff member we encountered, from the pool cleaner to the head chef, was warm, welcoming and genuinely service-oriented. After three weeks of travelling, this was one of the few places where we didn't simply feel like hotel guests. We felt seen, valued and cared for at every interaction. The hotel itself is visually stunning. The architecture has been thoughtfully designed to frame the landscape, with beautiful views around every corner. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, not only because it is adults-only, but because the team works so hard behind the scenes to make every experience seamless. We stayed in a Sea View Pool Room (202), which was private, quiet and perfectly positioned. Waking up to sunrise views from bed each morning was a highlight. The property is expansive, with buggy transfers available throughout the resort for guests who prefer not to walk. Communication was effortless via WhatsApp, whether we needed restaurant reservations, buggy transfers or even different pillows. Every request was handled quickly and graciously. The food at Thyme Restaurant deserves special mention. We are passionate food lovers from Melbourne and the quality of the food was so exceptional that we ate there every day and every evening except one lunch when we ventured into town. The service was equally impressive. Staff remembered our names, greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The wellness focus and connection to Hippocratic philosophy gave the resort a unique sense of purpose. We particularly loved the cooking class with Chef Emmanuelle, which began with a tour of the on-site gardens before a hands-on lesson featuring local ingredients and techniques. The wine tasting with Marianne was another highlight, combining excellent local wines, generous food pairings and fascinating insights into the region. The spa was wonderful. I had the most meticulous pedicure I've ever experienced. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including nightly turndown gifts and a beautiful beach bag. One evening we received a tiny pot of jam and spoon, a traditional Greek gesture of hospitality that we later learned more about and loved. The private beach below the cliffs is beautiful, with buggy transfers available if needed, and the pool bar menu was a refreshing surprise, offering fresh, high-quality dishes rather than the typical resort fare. Everything at Koia feels intentional, thoughtful and deeply considered. We left feeling rested, healthy and completely disconnected from the outside world in the best possible way.
