    Velmi dobrý

We arrived sep 23rd for 10days,did not think much of the room,no wardrobes, very little space to put things,The cleaner was rubbish, the barman during the day was awful, rude arragont, lazy, the older one at night was exellent, anna, was brilliant, most of the staff were really helpful and kind, the food left a lot to be desired, luke warm,no flavour, you would not starve, but i did not put any weight on!!entertainment was fun, mainly its the people who are on holiday who are determined to have a great time, The worst act was the so called fire eater, never seen anything so bad, having said that, the manager Elena, was brilliant,we talked to her at breakfast one morning,we told her our negatives and our positives, the hotel is in a lovely village and hopefully one day when some changes have been made,we will def come back

Wow — disgusted is an understatement. On arrival, we walked into room 418 and were immediately greeted by around 15 mosquitoes in the bathroom. When we tried to use the safe, an alarm went off and wouldn’t stop. We then realised no towels had been provided, so I went to Reception to ask for some and was left waiting while they “decided what to do.” Without my knowledge, they sent someone to our room who was aggressive towards my son, demanding to know the issues I had already explained at the desk. About 15 minutes later, I was told we could switch rooms to 419 — but even that was a hassle, as we were locked out of our first room before we could move our belongings. By this point we were tired, hungry, and thirsty — and as no water is provided, we went out to find food. Returning for dinner, we found the buffet lukewarm at best, with poor-quality food and unpleasant wine poured from a tap rather than a bottle. When we returned to the room, more problems became obvious. • Storage: No wardrobe, just a small rail. No shelving or storage in the bathroom or shower. • Cleanliness: Drain flies and tiny jumping bugs in the shower. Mouldy sealant, cracked shower tray, dirty sink with hairs and green-stained sealant. The bed was not clean — with hairs and debris, possibly a bug — and the floor was dusty and dirty. • Maintenance: Damaged furniture, drip marks on walls and doors, dust on the air conditioning unit (which didn’t cool the room), and crumbling plaster. For a supposed 4★ hotel, the state of this place is shocking. Even aside from the cleanliness, the general finish is poor. I took photos and sent them to my travel agent, who agreed this was unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the receptionist the next day, she was rude and condescending, saying, “You’re just not used to bugs — in hot countries they’re normal!” While I do expect some insects abroad, I do not expect that level of infestation inside a hotel room. Drain flies indicate poor hygiene — not “nature.” We gave them another chance and viewed a third room, but the smell from the shower room was horrendous. Between the unsanitary conditions, the dismissive attitude of staff, and the poor quality of food and drinks, we decided to leave after one night of our planned four-night stay. I will say that one receptionist, Poppi, was kind and apologetic — but the underlying issues here go far beyond what a single staff member can fix. Moving rooms once is bad enough, but being asked to move again into another unacceptable room was the final straw. Thankfully, we found a gorgeous apartment nearby and salvaged the rest of our trip — but this hotel was an absolute disappointment and in no way deserves its 4★ rating

1-Bed had broken slats (as shown in image) staff evenly moved along the unbroken ones and broken ones removed. 2-No wardrobe and just one vanity drawer for clothes. A 2ft long metal rail was used for somewhere to hang both mine and my husbands clothes. But used the bed end and chair to store underwear and other items of clothes. Dresses, trousers, skirts etc… were creased as the shelf beneath the rail stops clothes from dropping (what genius thought this was a good idea!). With clothes strewn everywhere, the poor cleaner had no chance of cleaning the room properly as we couldn’t put anything away! (She did try her hardest though!) 3-Bathroom was so small you could not bend over to dry feet as was so tiny. We showered with the door open so we could move to clean ourselves! No where to store toiletries, not even a shelf in the bathroom so the floor was only option. No hook to hang the shower onto to shower so you had to hold the shower head! 4-Towels were ok if issued the white ones as the brown ones stunk of B.O. and normally would be used as pool side towels. We was given the brown towels twice and had requested the white ones only. We see that our neighbours on either side of us had white towels, so felt we were being targeted as we did make our feelings known. 5-Room and hotel was kept clean as best as cleaners could. The whole place is tiny! 6-no spoons for tea making, just wooden sticks (in the room and also dining area) 7-no fresh water on arrival, you only got this if you were late arrival and still had to buy own water throughout holiday. No complementary bottle daily! Did supply a fridge though! 8- room has air con, but loudly beeps once room temperature is met, even over night, so wakes you. (No way of turning sound off) 9- food was typical all inclusive and not a 4* rating in my experience (I’ve stayed 4-5* regularly over 25 yrs and this was 2* at best) only ate an evening meal here twice in our two week stay and breakfast every day when crockery was available! 10-Tea/coffee machine were half measure tea cups (advise to poor two cups and tip into one to get a full cup!) 11-No fresh juices and only bananas were fresh, all other fruit for yogurt was tinned in syrup 12-Boiled eggs were left in heated unit, so well over done they were ridiculous to peel and too overdone to eat. 13-Cheerios or grain for breakfast, no cornflakes or weetabix etc… 14-there was a cooked breakfast but no real bacon or sausages. (Understand they use there own way of doing things to replace the normal things we are used to) 15-Chicken stunk of rotten oil it was cooked in. Some dinners were edible but mostly ate out as most not edible. 16-Puddings were very limited but plenty of ice cream 17-Absolutely no chance of a sun bed (7 double sun beds without brollies surround the pool and around 15 normal sun beds with brollies) as even though it states in the rules, no reserving beds and no towels on beds before 10am as this is when the pool opens… towels were straight out there before 7am and no staff member removed them as stated in rules. We spent our days at the beach, on an excursion, or jumped on a bus to visit places instead. 18- a dangerous furry stool in front of the vanity mirror with broken legs I fell of once and never used again. Even after tightening the legs, it was still unsafe. 19- all inclusive was not all inclusive! Only served non alcoholic cocktails daytime! Snacks and sandwiches were limited and plated and left on the pool bar with cellophane over them or kept in a mini fridge behind the bar
