Elios Hill

Me and my partner are currently staying at this hotel with our 2yr old twin girls and we will be going home in 2 days. I’ve never reviewed a hotel before, but we have had such a good experience at Elios Hill and we had to share it. We can honestly say that from the moment we got off the transfer bus and entered reception, we were met by fantastic staff who made check in effortless. The hotel is stunning from the moment you walk in. We were gifted with a beautiful upgrade to a sea view suite which was amazing - thank you to the lovely man in reception. The rooms are fantastic. Very modern and recently refurbished. Smart TVs, powerful rainfall shower and hair shower. The bed was very comfortable and the AC works really well. A mini fridge for drinks if you want them cold, and balconies/terraces on all rooms. They are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Our kids had a cot each which was new, clean and had full fresh bedding every day. We had absolutely no complaints with the room. The hotel is on a hill so you have to expect a bit of a climb if you are in a higher up room. I managed to push a double buggy with beach bags etc up to our room near the top of the hill without an issue and I’m not that fit - if you do need help though, the hotel have golf buggies that will happily give you a lift to your room. The hotel is beautiful - it’s clearly been fully refurbished very recently and everything is immaculately clean. The grounds are well presented and well kept. The staff are constantly on the ball keeping the whole hotel clean. For example, after a full busy day by the pool, people leave it a mess. It is pristine the next morning. We only used the pools that kids can access so I can’t comment on the adults only area. The main pool area has a large pool and a small kids pool with a little slide and water features. We found this brilliant for toddlers as it was only 40cm deep with lots of seating and sunbeds - we could stay here all day if the kids were happy. There is a ‘cantina’ bar here which does a range of great cocktails, drinks, ice creams and crepes. The ‘wet wet’ water park area had a brilliant area filled with slides, our 2yr olds loved it. There was also an amazing ‘infinity pool’ area which was family friendly. Again, lots of sun beds and a small paddling area for toddlers. Snacks and soft drinks/beer here were great - but for wine or cocktails, you need to go to the main pool. If you like the beach, the hotel do a daily free shuttle to a nearby beach. We used this twice and found it brilliant. You have to pay for sun loungers which is to be expected, but were reasonable at £20 for 2 beds and a parasol. The food and drinks were great too. The food options are brilliant. There’s lots of choice for all meals, and it’s all freshly cooked. The majority is cooked in front of you on grills. The rest is checked regularly to make sure it’s topped up. The stand out for me was the Gyros, home made Pizzas and fresh meats and salads. The 3 other restaurants are also fantastic. We had the option to go 6 times in 14 nights, but only did 3 as we found the buffet that good. The entertainment team at this hotel go above and beyond to make sure you have a good holiday. My twin daughters have had an absolutely amazing holiday, and it has everything to do with how hard the team have worked to put on amazing shows and activities - the mini disco was great for the kids. Every time we have bumped into one of the team, they’ve made such an effort to make sure our kids feel special - they’ve had a magical time. Also, to Nicos in Cloud bar who makes the most amazing cocktails, and to Ioannis who makes us feel so welcome in the bar on an evening. Also, the hotel manager who regularly asks us how our stay is going - he should be very proud of his hotel and staff. The only thing I would like to see improved if we were to come back would be more baby chairs in the buffet area. When it’s busy, we struggled to get a chair. A few more would be a good investment - a very minor point in an overall amazing holiday.

The Elios Hill is the best hotel on the ridge everyone is welcoming to the little care with us especially Ioannis

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the Rooms were very tidy, and everything was always very clean. What I enjoyed the most were the three specialty restaurants, especially the Asian restaurant the food there was amazing. The buffet was also excellent with a huge variety of food, very colorful, diverse, and absolutely delicious. In addition, the hotel offered many activities and programs such as sports and pool activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff overall was great, but especially the people working at the bars were extremely kind and friendly. A special thank you to Ioannis, Evap, Jonathan, and Nickers for their amazing service and positive energy throughout our stay! the atmosphere were amazing :) We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel!
