Excellent outstanding warm welcoming had the best time Staff were so polite and helpful easy to get around food was very tasty

We really enjoyed our stay — everything was just perfect! The hotel has an amazing atmosphere that made us feel calm, happy, and truly cared for. The rooms were cozy and clean, the food was delicious, and every detail showed how much love and effort the team puts into their work. We’re especially grateful to Ioannis, Iuad, and Anastasia for creating such a wonderful and warm atmosphere. You made our holiday unforgettable! ♥️

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about our holiday here from arrival, having a full banquet of food even when artiving after 10pm at night. Food was amazing, always having so much selection to suit everyone. The bar staff well what can I say Eyad, Anastasia & Ioannis were exceptional, always smiling, making the nights fun along with the rest of the bar team and staff 🤩. So much so they are considered great friends. The guy at the pool side bar was so amazing too, I will find out his name but writing this last day of holiday. Will definitely love to return here.

Beautiful clean, modern hotel, great views and good food but not good value for the experience (at least not in August). The kids club was a disappointment, you could leave the kids there and feel comfortable enough, but they did very little with them, just let them entertain themselves. Not what you would expect for the price. Our kids normally love kids clubs but didn't want to go after day 2 The cocktails were really poor, made in about 12 seconds and tasted like it. The adults pool was great but the general pool was too small for the number of people using it. Also the reception ran out of towels a couple of times. The reception staff were fine but always so busy and that is because the guests there were often so pushy, loud and rude. They generally came from the same place too, let's just say they liked to occupy the west bank of the swimming pool.. Crete is beautiful and worthwhile but I wouldn't stay here again.

excellent holiday, lovely hotel, staff exceptionally friendly. the cloud bar is very nice especially the staff, Ioannis in particular is really friendly and works so hard. hotel is spotless.
