Elios Hill

Can’t say anything but positive about Elios Hill. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were treated like VIP’s. Michalis (I think that was his name) the Front of House Manager is an absolute credit to the hotel. Couldn’t do enough for us and went over and above, and then some. The hotel was perfect for a long weekend break for my wife’s birthday. Adult pool is a great touch. Beautiful surroundings. Food great every time. Only thing I would say is take some mossy repellent, then things ate me alive.

Emanuela, who works in the dining room, is one of the nicest people we met; she helps with whatever is needed, takes the initiative to bring items to our table, and displays courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness—making our time in the dining room much more pleasant. And about the SPA I had a candle massage with Johanna and was an amazing relaxing experience for me .the hospitality of the staff was truly amazing All the staff hotel is fantastic always smiley

We had a great stay at Elios Hill. Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. We really liked it and would come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 11 night stay in June . The hotel is stunning to look at , great pools and splash park. Visited all of the a- la carte restaurants and they were all nice, buffet was nice but after a while it becomes very repetitive. I would say adding more fresh seafood on the grill and steaks would be nice as it is 5 star. Staff were great from the whole entertainment team ( my daughter loved them all) especially Sophia and bar staff, waiters , loved sky bar great drinks and views, shout out to ioannis what a guy. Kids club was great my daughter went every day, pool party was also a lot of fun, the hotel is on top of a mountain so expect hills , we were in a ground floor room right by the pool but some rooms were pretty high up the bank, golf buggy’s available if you need one. Mohamed who works in the buffet restaurant also very kind and happy to help always smiling. Had a great time would definitely return and recommend.

What a hotel. Honestly, one of the best we have stayed at in Europe!!! Upgraded upon arrival, which was a pleasant suprise. Rooms were superb. Food was faultless, best buffet food we've had at any hotel, plenty of variety, and the 3 restaurants were excellent. Drinks were of standard all inc quality but cloud bar were a cut above the rest of the bars as you would expect for the evening. Special mention to Manos a Ioannis, both went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Entertainment was ok, grest to have a bit of culture with the Greek dancing at the cloud bar, evening entertainment at the ampitheatr was fun for the kids, fair play to the entertainment team as they multy task from pool to kids club to evening entertainment. The magic show brought in entertainers beyond the entertainment team and it was a combination of being classic old school magic and damn right hilarious entertainment!! Pools were fab, waterpark cool and when we had an hour when dropping kids off at kids club the adults pool was a welcomed chill! Only constructive feedback was that the gate to the kids club could be opened and closed by anyone, should really be on some form of buzz in out system where staff had to know who was coming in etc! This would have given more peace of mind to parents. Can't pass comment on the teenage club, pickleball court, tennis courts and the footy area we didn't use but all looked great from what we saw in passing! If you're looking for a short trio and a bit of culture, head to the open air museum. 5mins in taxi, taxi arranged by reception. €10 there and €10 back a little expensive for how close it was but not a lot that can be done about that! Keep up the great work, will look to get back there but the price we got cannot be matched from what I can see over the next 18months which is a shame!
