Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort

We’ve just returned from a week at Galaxy Suites and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. Having been to Koutouloufari before, I don’t think any other hotel in the area can compare to Galaxy in terms of style, luxury and atmosphere. The rooms are stunning, the whole hotel is incredibly clean and modern. The pool area is amazing and clean, the views are breathtaking, the food is fantastic (especially the canapés around the pool at lunch time!) but what really made this holiday so special for us is the staff. They are the most attentive, friendly and welcoming people you could wish to meet and a MASSIVE thank you to Stephanos in particular who went above and beyond all week to ensure we were having the best time possible. Will never stop recommending this hotel to family and friends and we will absolutely be back as soon as we can! 5 stars in every possible way.

We stayed at Galaxy Suites for the first time in June, and all I can say is wow! This beautiful hotel not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way. We stayed in a private pool suite overlooking the sea, and the view was absolutely breath-taking. Waking up to such a stunning view each day made our stay even more special. The management and the entire team were outstanding—so welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to the manager, Mario and his team for such a warm welcome and exceptional service. We'd also like to mention Stephano, the head waiter, who provided excellent service with a smile throughout our stay and Helena, who kept our suite spotlessly clean every day. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious food, with plenty of choice for everyone. If you chose to eat in the evening buffet was varied and plentiful. The live music in the evenings was a lovely touch and created a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located within the village, with all the local amenities just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already re-booked for a longer visit next year—and of course, we'll be staying in a private pool suite again! We can't wait to return.

We had the most amazing stay here, been meaning to get round to writing a review so I apologise for the late one. We stayed in May my partner and I. The staff went above and beyond the whole time we were there, anything we needed, they were happy to help!! Very relaxing environment, our room was cleaned everyday, lots of room and the perfect room for just two people. The food was excellent, lots of variety, I couldn't help but try as many as their desserts as possible (bit naughty but when you're on holiday you must treat yourselves). Was able to eat very healthily generally also, some hotels we've been at it's just carb after carb. Not here, they have fresh fruit and veg! Also the seeds, greek honey and yoghurt was a beautiful touch. We will definitely be returning next year, we've spoke highly of this hotel to all our friends and family, wouldn't be surprised if we get asked the details of this amazing establishment and they book to stay at some point too! Seriously, thank you for making our stay so magical, it was for my partner's 40th and our 8 year anniversary. Outstanding and highly recommend to all, you'll be taken care of :)

How do I begin. Only 1 word. Wow!!!!. This holiday is just a dream from beginning to end. The location is great, within close walking distance to all the Bars and Restaurants. Such a beautiful authentic Greek village. It was recommended by some friends so expectations were high. We were not disappointed. It went way beyond what we expected and more. We booked a whirl pool room and asked for a sea view. We like to sit by the pool to people watch, however on this holiday we had a couple of days just relaxing in our room, having the air conditioning on when the day was at its hottest, and relaxing on the sun loungers by the terrace, taking advantage of the whirl pool which can be turned down cool. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean, in pristine condition and we absolutely wanted for nothing. We stayed bed and breakfast. I had 4 courses every morning as the choice of food was vast, with any tea/coffee variation you could think of. Along with a mimosa to wash it all down with. When people say the staff couldn’t do enough for you, well this was certainly true of everyone at this hotel. With special thanks to Stephano our waiter, who greeted us every morning with a smile and was so welcoming. Canapés around the pool at lunch time. You were really treated like royalty. We had lunch a couple of days, the Greek salad and club sandwich were delicious and could easily feed two people. This Hotel absolutely deserves its 5 star rating. The staff are committed to ensuring that your stay is the best experience possible. When we were leaving and taking our luggage to reception Stephano and the duty manager would not let us carry our luggage and sincerely thanked us for spending our holiday there. What a memorable holiday, so memorable that when we left I cried in the private transfer back to the airport because I enjoyed it so much. We booked to return next year whilst we were there and I have never done that before. Customer service is second to none. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, what a holiday, it’s at the top of its game. Thankyou and see you next year.

After reading the reviews on trip advisor our expectations were high. Not only were our expectations met but they were exceeded. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The air conditioning worked really well and was quite enough to have on during the night. We went half board and the food was great. The only negative thing to say was the drinks were a bit pricey, but I guess the refurbishment has to be paid for somehow. The staff were very friendly and obviously take a lot of pride their work. We booked a couple of excursions at reception which worked out a bit cheaper than booking with the tour operator. The hotel is in a great location. Koutouloufari is a pretty village which really comes alive at night, with lots of nice restaurants and tavernas. If you walk 15 minutes down the hill there is the resort of Hersonissos which is on the coast and a bit livelier. We really enjoyed our holiday at Galaxy Boutique Resort and would like to thank all the staff for making it such a special experience
