Hersonissos Palace

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni v tomto 🏨 hotelu ... je zde vynikající kuchyně 👌 obsluha také, velmi milá a přátelská atmosféra 🥰 poblíž mnoho obchůdků, kaváren ☕ atd...kousek na písečnou pláž 🏖️🏝️ k moři 🌊 vřele doporučujeme... sem si určitě zajeďte... super dovolená! 👍

Vše bylo dobré, strava výborná a pestrá- neustále k dispozici ryby a mořské plody, spousta oliv a olivové oleje:) obsluha u stolů i na barevh rychlá a důsledná, místní alko nápoje vcelku chutné bez bolehlavů:) na pláž nutná obuv. Pokoje čisté.

We stayed here on the 19th of July 2026 expecting to be staying in a five star hotel but to our dissapionted it seemed more like a 3 star at a push. It looked quite run down in places and wasn't clean in places.We went up to the 3rd floor were are room was and had to use the lifts that felt clastrophibic beacuse they had one door that shut and then another one behind that.We had a room that was at the front of the hotel which had a sea view but it was very noisy from the noise outside from people coming and going all night long. The walls were paper thin as you could hear people talking and playing music which seemed really loudly , we had to report this because it went on into the early hours of the morning. We went to make a drink but found that the kettle was full of rust inside so we had to get a new one. The food was wasnt very good and the all inclusive drinks were undrinkable. The all inclusive snack bar which was on 4 till 5 which was just a few biscuits , cake, fruit and ice cream . Couldnt get a sun bed had towels on first thing in a morning because the both pools areas were always full so had to spend every day down the the beach paying for sunbeds This was really not a good holiday experince and have stayed in 3 star hotels in Greece before that was far better than this.

Dimitri best manager, wonderful experience, great people, really kind. Anisa best waitress, very kind and patient with us. We really enjoyed our stay. Very hospitable people working at the hotel and very friendly

Greate service, very good food. The room is nice and clean. Nice pool and very close to the beach. Thank you for a great vacation 😀
