Inea Hotel & Suites

Just perfect. Stayed in July as a family of five. Two rooms, one double with pool view and a junior maisonette which slept my three older children. Located within a few minutes of wonderful beaches, plenty of restaurants and shops, and on the bus route to Chania which is approx 15/20 mins. The hotel is quiet and has a relaxing vibe. The pool loungers are extremely comfortable and the pool a good temperature. The entire place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are very well thought out and the shower excellent, always had hot water. The beds are SUPERB, I’ve since emailed the hotel to ask the make of mattress as I want to buy one! (Please let me know). The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing with a good choice and quality. The staff are to be commended, so welcoming and efficient, their service is second to none, a credit to the hotel management. I would without hesitation return to this hotel.

We had the most amazing stay at the Inea Sole Boutique. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us throughout the duration of our stay. We were given a complimentary sangria on arrival as well as a complimentary bottle of wine when we checked into our room. The pool area is spacious with luxury and comfortable sun loungers. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the day and would regularly check if we would like to order any food or drink. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. When we requested more hangers and an iron the staff were extremely helpful and provided this without hesitation. Although our room had a shared terrace for a balcony, it still felt private. The food was exceptional at breakfast and the food from the lunch menu was reasonably priced. The staff were just amazing and an asset to the hotel. The location was great. Three beaches within a five minute walk. A bus stop into Chania town was almost right out the front of the hotel and was only a 15-20 minute journey costing €1.30 or a taxi ride was €15. Many places to eat within walking distance of the hotel so no need to go into Chania every night. This hotel was truly faultless and we will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived at Inea Sole Boutique Hotel, we had an amazing experience. We were welcomed with a complimentary white sangria while the staff took our bags to our room, which was a lovely touch. The hotel and pool were spotless throughout our stay, and the bed was genuinely the most comfortable I've slept in on any holiday. Every morning, we were served a lovely selection of fresh bread with homemade jams while we looked through the breakfast menu. My personal favourite was the Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and nuts, while my girlfriend loved the avocado on toast. Every meal we had was fantastic, and the staff were warm, attentive, and couldn't do enough to help. A special thank you to Manos, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The staff will give you upgrades wherever they can, which made our trip feel really special. We'd also like to thank Andreas for arranging our car hire, which was dropped off and collected directly from reception, making everything incredibly easy. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a five-minute walk from local restaurants and a bus stop with regular services into the centre of Chania in under 30 minutes. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

Just back from the most relaxing week at Inea Sole hotel, what a gem! The hotel is new and modern so already very comfortable, but then the service from the staff takes it to the next level. Always smiley and friendly and can’t do enough to help you. We enjoyed the à la carte style breakfast served to your table, and a fair few poolside beers and cocktails during our stay. The bar staff will happily make any requests for you, but it would be nice to see some more ‘classic cocktails’ on the menu in my opinion. Do not miss out on a top quality pina colada! The chips and dips are a really nice touch, but we were so impressed by the mid-afternoon cold towels handed out at loungers- what a treat! The hotel is perfectly positioned for lovely restaurants, beaches and plenty of shops. We intended to rent a car and explore the island but found we didn’t need to as there plenty to do nearby, and it was a challenge to drag ourselves away from the lovely pool area. Great to be able to grab a fresh pool/beach towel whenever you fancy too.

This is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff are incredible, friendly, helpful and professional. The room was so clean and well equipped. Breakfast was à la carte and was amazing! I was so pleased that there were some healthy options to choose from. Lovely pool. Quiet and very relaxed vibe.
