Pepper Sea Club Hotel

From the moment we arrived at Pepper Sea Hotel Club, I was impressed by the hotel’s beautiful architecture and elegant design. The property is visually stunning and immediately creates a relaxing atmosphere. As soon as the staff noticed us outside, they quickly came over to help with our luggage. After a long flight, their warm welcome and friendly attitude made a wonderful first impression. One aspect that caught me by surprise was the environmental tax, which was mentioned only upon check-in. It would have been helpful if this charge had been communicated before booking. Additionally, although we arrived after 10:00 p.m., we were still charged the full €16 for that day, which didn’t feel entirely fair. After mentioning that we were hungry following our journey, the staff kindly offered to prepare sandwiches despite the kitchen being closed. I explained that I do not eat pork, but unfortunately the only sandwiches available contained pork. The staff were genuinely apologetic, and I appreciated both their honesty and their willingness to try to accommodate us despite the limited options. The staff then escorted us to our room while helping with our luggage. Walking through the resort gave us the opportunity to admire the beautifully designed pools and landscaped surroundings, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. When we entered our room, I found it to be smaller than I had expected based on the online photos. While it was perfectly suitable for one guest, it felt a little compact for two people sharing. One of the highlights of the room was the private swimming pool. It was a lovely feature that I was excited to enjoy. In the evenings, the pool is illuminated with a beautiful blue light, creating a relaxing ambience. The only downside was that the lighting attracted a large number of insects, making it difficult to sit outside or take photographs after dark. The room itself was well equipped, with clear instructions for using the facilities. The shower was excellent, and the water felt incredibly soft. I also appreciated being able to communicate with staff through the television messaging system, which was both convenient and efficient. Breakfast was consistently one of the highlights of our stay. The staff thoughtfully provided vegan sausages every morning, ensuring my dietary requirements were accommodated throughout the trip. They were attentive without being intrusive, regularly refilling our orange juice and offering additional refreshments. The calm atmosphere made each breakfast a pleasant way to begin the day. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied selection available each evening. I particularly enjoyed the turkey dishes, and there was an excellent range of desserts that catered to different tastes. The quality and variety of the food made dining at the hotel a consistently enjoyable experience. As part of our stay, we also received a complimentary meal at Paprika, which turned out to be the standout dining experience of our trip. The salmon salad, fried aubergine, lamb, and fried ice cream were all exceptional. The attentive service, combined with peaceful live acoustic music, created a memorable evening that exceeded our expectations. Although we spent much of our holiday exploring the surrounding area, we were fortunate enough to experience some of the hotel’s evening entertainment. The fire performance and the violinist were particularly enjoyable and added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The main swimming pool was spotless, and I especially liked the seating areas positioned within the pool, which made it convenient to keep personal belongings nearby while swimming. My only observation is that the pool maintains the same depth throughout, which may not suit guests looking for a deeper swimming area. On the final morning of our stay, there was a brief power outage while we were getting ready for our airport transfer. Although the timing was unfortunate, the staff responded promptly and reassured us that the issue was being resolved, and power was restored shortly afterwards. Before we left, the hotel presented us with a thoughtful farewell gift bag containing local rum, a fan, and several other souvenirs. It was a lovely gesture that reflected the care and attention the staff showed throughout our stay. Overall, Pepper Sea Hotel Club offers a peaceful and relaxing escape, ideal for those looking to unwind away from busy tourist areas while enjoying excellent food and attentive service. What stood out most was the genuine willingness of the staff to help with even the smallest requests - including patiently helping me untangle my necklace without hesitation. While there are a few areas where communication and room expectations could be improved, these did little to overshadow what was, overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil holiday with excellent hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel. Food is out of this world. Even the bar snacks are lovely and you get big portions so good value for money. Rooms clean and daily bottle of water left. Because the staff are so friendly and happy it made the atmosphere for us. They will help you with anything. Location was perfect for us as right on beach and away from noise.

Fantastic hotel, second year in a row, staff were amazing, food was incredible and facilities were 5* . Will be back! Also a nice touch that our room was upgraded to a sea view. 10/10!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Pepper Sea Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious every day. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the luxurious facilities and high-quality materials throughout the hotel. For us, this hotel deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. 🏅🏅🏅

I was given a very warm welcome at the Spa Pepper Sea Club by Rafaele and Eleni. I truly enjoyed the full body Aloe Vera treatment. Such lovely ladies!
