Pepper Sea Club Hotel

Where to begin., The hotel has lovely grounds the food is superb. The staff outstanding . The pool is a good size but somewhat shallow for swimming ., The beach is not a beach just a narrow strip of pebbles. However, there are some sunbeds on a wooden walkway. The sunbeds are low to the ground and for me difficult to get out of. The downside is our room was an expensive “pool suite”. It’s not a suite it is tiny very tiny . We were in room 601 and outlet travelling companions in 602. The rooms were totally different . We had a separate shower then separate toilet leading onto the entrance which had in it the sink . Nowhere for clothes no drawers just shelves . Very disappointing. The space between the bed foot and the glass console table was less than 2’. The photographs show a messy room as nowhere to put anything .

What an absolute treat it was to stay at the Pepper Sea Club hotel in Crete. Very friendly staff, lovely location, beautiful rooms and the food and drinks are amazing. We definitely hope to return to this hotel in the future. Thank you everyone at Pepper Sea Club for our lovely romantic stay.

I had a really good head, shoulder and back massage with Eleni, where she took extra care around my injured shoulder. The whole experience was very relaxing, we started with steam and sauna for 40mins before the massage began, did not feel rushed at all, time was taken and after the massage finished was not forced out I would rest and get up on my own time. Also had a 15min face massage at the end which was so relaxing as of by magic I fell asleep. I recommend the Spa here at good service and value for money.

The loveliest spa experience! Sangi was absolutely amazing, I felt so relaxed after the Cretan massage. I am amazed.

Great atmosphere, very relaxing, rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Good evening entertainment, live music and shows, highly recommend. Service was perfect, no flaws, quick, efficient and kind to quests. The location was ideal for a calm holiday, only one other hotel in the near vicinity and seaside location, but easy access to shops. Great value, especially for the food, amazing chef, breakfasts and dinners were incredibly memorable and the reason we have returned. Only downside is the cleanliness of the pool, it could dye bright swimsuits but not horrible. No notes for the whole trip, extremely relaxing and a place worth the return.
