T-Hotel Premium Suites

Skvělý hotel s krásným výhledem v nádherném prostředí. Zaměstnanci byli po celý pobyt vítáni a ochotní. Ideální pro každého, kdo si užije relaxace nebo chůze, jsme udělali oba ve stejné míře. Jídlo bylo hojné a hodně na výběr. Místní taverna nás velmi přivítala. Určitě tu zůstane znovu.

Zůstali jsme tady v srpnu se 2 malými dětmi ve 2 ložnicím plavat do bazénu. Místo je velmi čisté, pokoje jsou fantastické a personál je velmi nápomocný. Snídaně a večeře byly velmi pěkné a přestože kyvadlový autobus do sesterského hotelu byl bolest, bylo to zvládnutelné. Večeře v hotelu byla obecně velmi pěkná a jídlo rozmanité a chutné. Plavecký a plavecký bazén byl skvělý, čistý a dobře udržovaný. Opravdu potřebujete auto, abyste zde zůstali, ale stojí to za to. Naše děti se skvěle bavily stejně jako my.

Our stay at T-Hotel Premium Suites was entirely ruined by operational chaos, broken promises, and unacceptable intimidation from the hotel management. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and we were forced to relocate to a sister property, the Filion Hotel. After a stressful negotiation regarding room downgrades, the reception desk explicitly agreed that we could stay in a villa, detached from the main facilities, for the full week to avoid further disruption. However, later that evening when we politely asked to discuss alternative room options, a male staff member became extremely volatile. He directed us out onto a balcony and aggressively berated us for five minutes, shouting bizarre accusations that we were "Anti-Greek" and "Anti-democratic" simply for wanting to clarify our booking. This unprovoked anger left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe using the hotel's common areas for the rest of our stay. By Monday, the hotel broke our agreement. Management demanded we leave the villa, completely disregarding the fact that members of our family manage chronic health conditions that are heavily aggravated by stress. While we were out, we received WhatsApp messages threatening that staff would enter and pack our things if we were not back within 30 minutes. We returned to find two housekeepers already inside the villa without our permission, moving our suitcases and handling our personal clothing. To make matters worse, the head of housekeeping explicitly threatened us, claiming the police had been called to forcefully evict us. Deeply intimidated, we felt we had no choice but to pack under duress and move to a second villa located much further away. This second move completely stripped away our all-inclusive experience; because of the remote distance, I was forced to drive a hire car to the main site for every single meal. We later discovered several other families facing identical overbooking issues and reception hostility during that exact same week. Token gestures like waiving the tourist tax do not excuse entering a guest's room without permission, handling private belongings, or subjecting paying guests to verbal abuse. Avoid this hotel group if you value your privacy, safety, and peace of mind.

First of all, this is a good hotel. It is small, which means a lesser choice of food at meal times, but the 4 of us never struggled and there were some picky eaters! The staff are amazing. So hard working but always pleasant. We had a swim up room, but the main pool, although small, always had spare loungers. Of the 17 rooms, 8 are swim ups so most people in those rooms use their pool, so plenty room for everyone. One thing to consider is the location. It's in the hills above the village, so don't book a coach transfer. The coach can't get up the narrow road, so we were dropped 1km from the hotel and had to walk up to it with our cases. Far better to book a private transfer minivan or hire a car. The walk down to Bali village and back is pleasant and you are best using the shops down there as the shop at the sister hotel further up the hill is more expensive and almost as far a walk anyway. All in all, very much recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and kept everything well maintained. Each room was equipped with air conditioning, which made our visit even more comfortable. The food was also delicious, with a good variety of options available every day. One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to Nicos, who was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. He was always approachable and easy to talk to, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His positive attitude and excellent service made us feel very welcome and truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities, and a high standard of service.
