Nejlepší dovolená jakou jsem kdy zažila, úklid , obsluha a to jídlo …nebe na zemi !!! Všem moc doporučuji. Moře krásné a kousek od hotelu , lehátek vždy dostačující množství , kdykoliv jsme přišly at k moři nebo k bazénu vždy jsme si měli kam lehnout . Jediná chyba , byla to moc krátká dovolená .

Really great experience from beginning to end. Met at checkin with a welcome drink and friendly staff and was given a surprise gift when I left ... nothing was left to chance. The room was very comfortable and well furnished and the view was fantastic. Food was varied and freshly cooked and catered for most people, the waiting staff. were very cheerful and attentive. Beach was fabulous and the beach bar great ... in short a very good stay and will be coming back!

I had a truly outstanding stay at Venatale Hotel in Crete, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the very first moment, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional professionalism. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the hotel manager deserves special recognition for being incredibly professional, guest-focused, and sincerely kind. What makes this place stand out is the level of hospitality, it feels personal, thoughtful, and authentic. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest throughout my stay. The dining experience was another highlight. The food was consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, offering a wonderful taste of authentic Cretan cuisine. A special mention also goes to the restaurant manager, whose positive energy and cheerful attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent in every aspect - beautiful apartments, a welcoming atmosphere, outstanding service, and impressive attention to detail. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in creating a memorable guest experience. Venatale Hotel is without question one of the finest places to stay in Crete, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special holiday. Lovely hotel, we had a swim up pool but unfortunately it was very cold so only usable as a plunge pool after the sauna 😆 The staff were all very friendly especially Adrianna in the restaurant-she was so warm and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The closeness to the beach is a real bonus and never any bother getting sun loungers. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away. All in all a lovely place to stay

The rooms are very large with a comfortable bed, we didn't have a swim up room (since the pools are not heated and we came in May) but they were available for an extra £800. Most rooms have nice views and quite sophisticated electronic control systems for A/C, lights and curtains I personally would have preferred old fashioned switches although you could also use the system to signal to the housekeepers either Do not disturb or Make up the room. All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. This is a small hotel, I'm not sure how many rooms there are and to be fair it never felt crowded There are 2 bars, one is down by the easily accessible beach and is quite nice but the other is nothing more than a kiosk attached to the restaurant all of the seating outside on dining chairs (totally reliant on good weather) There are 2 restaurants, the main being a buffet style which serves breakfast and dinner, there is a large variety of food on offer which caters for most people's needs, the other is an A la carte which you get to visit for free once per week but this has to be booked days in advance and the restaurant is tiny The gym is serviceable but is more of a basic "Fitness room", towels are provided but the water dispenser was empty and didn't get refilled The hotel is set back from the main road the other side if which has a few tavernas and supermarkets and is accessible via an underpass to cross the thoroughfare but make no mistake this hotel is NOT in Georgopolis (it is 4.2km away) There are plentiful sunbeds both on the beach and around the pool, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with easy beach access then this fits well
