Nejlepší dovolená jakou jsem kdy zažila, úklid , obsluha a to jídlo …nebe na zemi !!! Všem moc doporučuji. Moře krásné a kousek od hotelu , lehátek vždy dostačující množství , kdykoliv jsme přišly at k moři nebo k bazénu vždy jsme si měli kam lehnout . Jediná chyba , byla to moc krátká dovolená .

We were upgraded to a suite with a pool, which was absolutely amazing; the room had everything we needed and a most fantastic view. The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, especially Kiki at reception, who could not do enough for us; I saw her often in the dining area speaking to guests and ensuring people were enjoying themselves. The location was excellent for the beach, which was a very short and easy walk. Unfortunately, it is not near amenities, but there is a good bus service. If you are looking to chill and relax, then this is the right place; there was no loud music at the beach or the pool, which was an added bonus, and there was no kids' club, no loud noise at night, and the entertainment appeared to have stopped at a reasonable hour. The hotel was lovely, clean, and new-looking. I was told it was only two years old. For us, the holiday was excellent value for the money we paid. If you are asking whether to pay for an upgrade when you are there, I would say yes, but to be fair, I think all their rooms are of good quality and you would not be disappointed. Plus, I received a gift bag on departure with local tea and two small liqueurs. It was unexpected and fantastic for a small hotel. I could go on about the feel, the size of towels in the rooms, at the pool, and at the beach, and the comfortable, padded, and very clean sunbeds they provided at the beach. There are private toilets at the beach; oh, I could go on, as these little things are what I remember of a quality hotel. In fact, there are so many little things that make your life as a guest pleasant. I feel I need to mention the young lady who took yoga and Pilates classes in the gym and on the beach; she was not only good and attentive, but funny. Hand on heart, I would recommend this hotel and its staff, food, rooms, and facilities.

Located about 4km from one of our favourite resorts - Georgiopolis, the hotel is in a very quiet spot. There are a few local shops, car hire and tavernas in easy walking distance and bus stops to take you to Chania and Rethymno. The beach is lovely and recently awarded a Blue Flag. There is a beach bar with WC and showering facilities. The hotel itself is only 2 years old at time of this review and is quite a nice design, although one thing we didn't really get along with was the 'smart' wall panels that control the lighting, curtains etc. Simple switches would have been more intuitive and convenient. The other negative was the climate control - we could never get comfortably warm no matter what we set the temperature to or mode we selected - we always felt a little cold. The room we had was at ground level with a sea view and plunge pool(which we didn't use as the water temperature was arctic and the pool unheated - the sea was a lovely 23°C though) and was a very nice size with a large screen TV and lounge area. The bed was super-king size and very comfy. As for food, we didn't try the A la-carte restaurant as the standard buffet was so good with a mixture of cuisines for both breakfast and dinner(we were half-board). We always found something to enjoy and some of it was outstandingly good. Service, was unvaryingly excellent and the staff fantastic and pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the rest of the hotel was immaculate - including the beach! I can't comment on the spa facilities as we didn't use them. We don't normally stay in 5 star hotels but we did this as we got a great deal and I would advise to shop around for the best price. Last but not least is the WiFi provision. We were getting around 20-30mbps which is fine for browsing, email etc. but not great for streaming entertainment content - especially anything in 4k/Dolby vision. The TV didn't have Smart apps other than YouTube and Netflix but it did have screen mirroring. All-in-all, I would happily go back to Ventale Island Breeze at the right price as we had a very relaxing stay and were very well looked after there.

Love this hotel. Room fabulous with its own pool and sun beds (same beds at beach luxury) everything electronic lights curtains door. We were half board (don’t usually use dining facilities ) food was fabulous each night amazing choices, hot and replenished often. Felt like we were eating at a restaurant rather than buffet. We had meal in alacarte restaurant on a fish menu as part of our package and it was amazing. Every member of staff are a credit to hotel very helpful and friendly obviously hotel give exceptional training. Can not fault this hotel. Would recommend a visit and we would return. Regrets ? 2 days bad weather and did not book a longer stay.
