We booked the Aiora hotel months ago to fly out this coming Saturday (17th May 2025) 10 days before our holiday we are told via email that the refurbishment is not yet complete & we should expect to experience some refurbishment works such as painting tiling & landscaping. NO THANKS.... We've cancelled !!

We had a stay booked starting May 9th. When we arrived it turned out that the hotel is still under renovation and they can't accommodate us. There were plenty of ways to communicate it before our arrival but the hotel didn't even bother to inform us or the travel agency that it's going to be closed for guests. If you don't want to be disappointed, avoid this place.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima all’ Aiora Resort L’ anno scorso e abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere i nuovi proprietari, che fin dal primo momento ci hanno mostrato quanto ci tengano ai loro ospiti. La loro gentilezza e dedizione ci hanno davvero colpito. Ora siamo ancora più entusiasti di tornare quest’anno. Siamo sicuri che il risultato sarà straordinario, proprio come tutto il resto in questo fantastico hotel. Ci vediamo presto!
