We have had a wonderful 12-night stay at this beautiful resort. The surroundings are stunning, and the food has been excellent throughout our holiday. We particularly enjoyed both the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurant, where the quality and variety of food were fantastic. There was a mix-up with our room on arrival, but Stella quickly rectified the issue the following morning. She was always available if we needed anything and was extremely efficient, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We were very impressed with the level of customer service she provided. We are now nearing the end of our holiday, and it has been so relaxing from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this resort and would be happy to return in the future.

Very accommodating for our friends birthday celebration, we were checked in on everyday by one of the lovely members called Andreas who checked if we needed assistance with anything, highly recommend :)

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning on Saturday 30th May. We were slightly apprehensive on arrival having heard some bad reviews, but these feelings quickly disappeared. We were checked in quickly and then whisked around to our room in a buggy which the kids found very fun and the adults too! On first impressions of the grounds, although dark it looked great. We get to our room and the gentleman showed as around and we could not believe it!! Amazing room!! Just beautiful, we were soooo pleased. We then headed straight up to the buffet restaurant as we were quite peckish and this was open 24/7. We got a quick drink and snack and then back to get some sleep excited for the next day. We woke up early having very little sleep as we wanted to look around the hotel and in the morning it was even better than we thought! The grounds are beautiful, we felt like we were in a Greek village not a hotel at times! There is so much I could say about this hotel but I will sum it up the best I can…. Pros… Stunning room Beautiful hotel Grounds kept immaculate Staff so friendly and helpful Nice selection of food in buffet Italian restaurant was our absolute fav, we went there for lunch everyday and didn’t get bored of it Beachfront location Drinks were great Enjoyed nighttime entertainment, quite chilled, but for us this was great If I had to give some cons although I wouldn’t call them cons, just possible improvements… Coffee machines weren’t great so if your looking for a great coffee in morning you will need to wait until the pool bar opens at 10 then you can enjoy a nice one there or a lovely iced coffee even More sun-beds, although this didn’t really affect us as one of us would get up early to secure a couple, but there is space for more We couldn’t get into one of the restaurants as it was full so that was a little frustrating Overall one of my favourite holidays!! Pure bliss!! 😊

The resorts its self is beautiful! The food at the buffet was nice just a little cold. The two à la carte restaurants were lovely however as soon as you arrive you need to book in. We weren’t able to book into the Italian restaurant for dinner however we soon realised that this restaurant is open during lunch time with the same menu. Also we were unable to book into the same restaurant twice which was a little bizarre but understandable as they will need to accommodate other guests too. The pool area is very nice, towels available by the beach and pool. Not a lot of sun lounges and people were up early to reserve them- we found this a little silly as people were reserving them but not spending time on them. So quite unfair. Very good drinks variety both alcohol and soft drinks at the bars. Fridge next to the pool bar filled with soft drinks all day which we found was very handy as the ques were quite big due to lack of staff if we needed a quick drink. We found that the service in the buffet restaurant was poor, waiting at least 5-10 minutes for water after sitting down. And then having to wait again to order drinks as the waiters were very keen to leave again. tables needed clearing and at busy times this was difficult to find a table that was clean. Not many staff in the buffet restaurant which we found bizarre as this is the main place people were eating. The room was beautiful! We stayed in the villa with the jacuzzi. Very spacious. However we had a late flight which meant we needed a late checkout, we asked for one however it was not available as fully booked- which is completely understandable. We asked if we could maybe use another room or somewhere to shower we were told no. Further on in the evening we spoke to another couple who were told they could reserve showers in the spa. We found this incredibly frustrating. This hotel needs a lot of improvements to be a competitive 5*.

Arrived at 3 had to wait to 6pm for our room to be ready! Lovely location remote and quiet. Asethetically beautiful. Room clean not 5☆ decor little tired in parts, leaky shower and no plug for bath, sink jist didnt drain all water. It was clean and spacious and had clean sheet change middle of the week. Biggest let down for us was the food, whilst plenty of choice at best it was luke warm! By the end of our 8 nights we were both in need of a hot meal, the soup always hot and order an omlette at breakfast as freshly cooked! Such a shame as really lets this hotel down.
