Aulus Lindos Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton

We have just returned from a stay at Aulus Lindos Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton, and unfortunately it did not live up to the standards we expected from a Hilton-branded five-star resort. The resort itself is attractive, with beautiful grounds and a lovely beachfront setting, but the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest let-down was the food and drinks The buffet lacked variety, quality was inconsistent, and many dishes were repetitive or served lukewarm. The drinks were very poor quality. For a five-star all-inclusive resort, the dining experience fell well below expectations. Service was also inconsistent. While a handful of staff members were friendly and hardworking, service varied greatly depending on where you were in the resort. At times we felt overlooked, and the level of hospitality lacked the warmth and attention you would expect from a premium hotel. This inconsistency is something that has also been mentioned by other recent guests. And there was a lack of staff in most departments which meant a true 5 star service was impossible. The entertainment was by far the weakest aspect of the holiday. Evening entertainment was limited, lacked atmosphere and offered very little variety. Compared with other five-star all-inclusive resorts, particularly within the Hilton and Ikos brands, it was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness was another concern. Although the gardens were well maintained, the standards in public areas and accommodation were inconsistent, and housekeeping was not always thorough. Similar concerns about housekeeping and cleanliness have appeared in other recent guest reviews. Overall, while the resort has potential thanks to its setting and facilities, the poor food, inconsistent service, disappointing entertainment and below-par cleanliness meant it fell well short of our expectations. Sadly, we would not choose to return or recommend it as a true five-star holiday experience.

Aulūs Rhodes is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, clean pools, and friendly staff. The beach is nice, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The food is good, but some guests think there could be more variety. Sometimes the service and room cleaning are not consistent. Overall, it is a good hotel for a relaxing holiday, especially if you want an all-inclusive stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Holiday We had a great stay in Rhodes. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was tasty with plenty of choices, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back

Invited by friends, I decided to stay at Aulus. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but in the end, it was definitely worth it. The Greek food was excellent. There were a few issues with the swimming pool, but it was cleaned on the same day, which was appreciated. The snack bar was a bit limited, but it covered our needs until it was time to go for lunch or dinner. The cleanliness was good overall. In general, everything was excellent. The only thing that stood out was a lady who I believe was the manager. She seemed quite upset at the reception, and her behavior caught my attention because she appeared rather angry. However, it was nothing that could overshadow my holiday experience. Would I come back? Yes, definitely—with a few small improvements.
